Dario brushes it off and recalls how his "brother" hurt many people throughout the years - but he's never touched Black Lotus' parents, and goes on to call her trainer Dragon Azteca a snake. Wednesday Night iMPACT! - Impact Wrestling recap for July 29, 2015

Austin Aries shows up to start the show. He says there is nobody better than him in the business right now, and he's not happy with Bully Ray because he's not in contendership for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Bully Ray shows up, and says he can't give him a shot to either the World or tag titles because he's lost to Kurt Angle and The Wolves (Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards) respectively. He also tells Aries that he runs his mouth a little too fast, and it just might get him into trouble. Bully says he can give him an X Division title shot, but Aries says the title is for those who will never make it to the main event...like Rockstar Spud. Spud, having heard this, shows up and he's not very happy to have heard this from Aries' mouth. He has respect for him, but Aries decides to be a realist about it...to the point that he's a jerk. He decides to give Spud a match against him to see if he can hang with him and if his hard work can pay off. Spud says he's been proving he can hang his entire life. He says he'll prove he can not only hang with him, he'll beat him. Aries proceeds to mock Spud even further, mocking the "Rockstar" in his name and saying that if he can't beat someone like Spud, he shouldn't be in a TNA ring. Bully Ray decides to put that statement to the test, and makes that a stipulation in a match between Aries and Spud. Aries decides to throw in another stipulation: if Spud loses, he can no longer use "Rockstar" in his name as the "Rockstar" name will belong to Aries.

Kurt Angle talks with Sgt. Chris Melendez. Angle thanks Melendez for saving him from Eric Young last week, and they both head towards the ring together as Melendez gets another shot at Eric Young.

Before the next match, Melendez says he will not accept defeat against Eric Young and wants his rematch. Eric Young shows up and tells him to quit while he's ahead, but Melendez promises that he'll beat his ass.

Bound For Glory will take place on October 4th.

Tigre Uno talks about fatherhood, lucha libre, and the X Division Championship.

Tigre Uno says he's not afraid of people like Donald Trump, who predictably is not here tonight.

Ethan Carter III dares Matt Hardy to take his best shot at him.

Ethan Carter III shows up. He mocks Bully Ray as well as Jeff and Matt Hardy, then Jeff Hardy shows up. He talks about his recovery from injury and says that seeing EC3 on TV made him sick. He's afraid that he may never wrestle the same way, but he's working himself back to the ring. He asks the crowd if EC3 is a good world champion, and the crowd says no. Jeff states that his brother Matt will take the World title from EC3 next week. Matt Hardy shows up, sticks it to EC3, and pulls out a table, a steel chair and a ladder from underneath the ring. Matt Hardy and EC3 will square off for the World title in a Full Metal Mayhem match next week. Matt also announces that, as per Bully Ray, nobody will be allowed at ringside during the match...not even Tyrus.

Jeremy Borash interviews Magnus and Mickie James. Magnus says this isn't a match, this is a fight, as "The Cowboy" James Storm and Serena made it personal. Mickie is surprised that Serena has sided with Storm, and says that family has to come first.

Mickie James and Magnus beat "The Cowboy" James Storm and Serena after Khoya, whom Serena calls for while everyone else is laid out, shows up and accidentally whacks Storm in the gut with the walking stick. After the match, Mickie hits the DDT on Storm just like she did on Serena.

Underground Sound - Lucha Underground recap for July 22, 2015

Dario Cueto talks with Big Ryck in his office, and tells him he had big plans in the temple until he lost focus. Dario now wants him back in the spotlight, and he wants him to get back in there with one of the Aztec Medallions, which he offers him. Cueto asks him if he wants money or power. Big Ryck tells him "Why choose when I can have both?" Not surprisingly, he gets both.

Texano beats Johnny Mundo by disqualification after interference by The Crew (Mr. Cisco and Cortex Castro). Alberto El Patron shows up and destroys everyone, then Texano hits whoever is laying with the bullwhip. Alberto and Texano almost confront one another due to their past feud, but Alberto El Patron walks away.

The Mack quickly beats Cage. After the match, Cage and Mack brawl, and security officials also get beat up and tossed around as the fight almost spills into the back. Dario Cueto shows up and makes a Falls Count Anywhere between them with weapons around the ring as he announces that Ultima Lucha starts a week early. Once the title is cashed in, the Aztec Medallions are removed and re-distributed, and the fight for power begins again. Cueto sets up a seven-way match between all those who have earned Aztec Medallions, whom he calls to the ring. Jack Evans, Aerostar, King Cuerno, Sexy Star, Bengala and Big Ryck (who was given an Aztec Medallion by Cueto) show up. They place their medallions into the belt to secure their spot in the match for the title, but there is one problem: Mil Muertes destroyed Fenix. Cueto puts Fenix's medallion back up for grabs, when Fenix suddenly shows up. He puts Fenix in a battle royal for the Aztec Medallion he earned...and that battle royal is next

Fenix wins a battle royal to regain the Aztec Medallion he initially earned before being taken down by Mil Muertes.

Prince Puma, now in a black mask, shows up to speak, but before he can do that, Mil Muertes and Catrina appear. As he does, The Disciples of Death (Barrio Negro, El Siniestro de la Muerte and Terce) show up to attack Puma, but Puma strikes back and lays them all out to send a message to Mil Muertes. Mil Muertes then gets in the ring and the two of them brawl, but Prince Puma easily overpowers Mil Muertes.
