The Code of Honor - Ring of Honor Wrestling recap for January 9, 2016

The All Night XPress (Kenny King & Rhett Titus) beats Roppongi Vice (Rocky Romero & Trent Barreta) following a surprise roll-up by Kenny King.

The Kingdom (Michael Bennett, Maria Kanellis, Matt Taven, Adam Cole) show up for the first time since Final Battle. Adam Cole says that it's time for storytime! He says that security accompanied them to the ring in order to restrain Kyle O'Reilly. He recalls how he beat O'Reilly, but calls out Bennett and Taven for losing the ROH World Tag Team Titles. Suddenly, reDRagon (Fish & O'Reilly) show up, being held back back security. Fish says that O'Reilly is still after Cole, and he challenges The Kingdom to a tag team match. Nigel McGuiness grabs the mic, and says that reDRagon will take on The Kingdom in next week's main event. The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) make a surprise appearance. Matt says that they reinvented tag team Wrestling instead of reDRagon, and vows to take out The Kingdom in a triple threat match. Nigel agrees to it, but in a Philly Street Fight!

War Machine (Raymond Rowe & Hanson) beats The House of Truth (Donovan Dijak & J. Diesel).

The House of Truth is still in the ring. Truth confronts Dijak, and says that he is the "weak link of the group". He says that if Dijak loses, HE loses. Truth claims that Dijak didn't do what eh was suppose to do at Final Battle, and that it was a slap in his face. Martini then slaps him in the face, and Dijak snaps! Dijak attacks J. Diesel, laying him out with Feast Your Eyes, and he is ultimately fired by Truth Martini thus making Dijak a "free agent".

reDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly) are ready for next week's Philly Street Fight, and says that The Kingdom and The Young Bucks don't know what's coming.

The Code of Honor - Ring of Honor Wrestling recap for November 28, 2015

Mark Briscoe guests on commentary.

Will Ferrara beats Adam Page after he catches a crutch from BJ Whitmer that was meant for Page and smashes it into his face. After teh match, The Decade (Whitmer, Page, Colby Corino) attack Ferrara before attacking the ref. Mark Briscoe charges the ring, forcing The Decade to retreat.

Kevin Kelly interviews The Addiction ("The Almighty" Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian). They feels that Ring of Honor is biased against them, and says that Maria Kanellis' place is in a nursery. They go on to say that thanks to their being attacked by a masked stranger, they want the results of the match that they lost the tag team titles in to be declared null and void. They then announce that they are taking their talents to New Japan Pro Wrestling, saying that the company is not run by a dictatorship, and when they dominate the heavyweight tag division, they will come back to take what is theirs.

Adam Cole says he turned on Kyle O'Reilly because he was jealous of O'Reilly's rise to success.

We look back at the rivalry between Cheeseburger and "Brutal" Bob Evans, who will have a grudge match exclusively on YouTube for Final Battle.

The House of Truth (Jay Lethal, Truth Martini, Taeler Hendrix) shows up. Jay Lethal congratulates Roderick Strong for finally beating him for the ROH World Television Championship, but says that there's no way Strong can do it again and that he will win the title again. As for Final Battle, he plans to retain the ROH World Championship against AJ Styles, after years of following him for advice and looking up to him. He then calls Styles out for a face-to-face meeting, and Styles shows up. Styles admits that Lethal is the best in the world, and he knows because of the target on his back. He calls Lethal losing the Television title the best thing to happen to him this year, because now Lethal can focus on him. Styles says it's time that he becomes the ROH World Champion, and tells Lethal to shake his hand and say "May the best man win." He does, but tells Styles that he's the best man.

Adam Cole says he has to beat Kyle O'Reilly to a bloody pulp at Final Battle to get it through his head that he won't become ROH World Champion while he's around, and beat him so hard that he will quit out of embarrassment.

Before the next match begins, The Boys back Dalton Castle to even up the numbers game against Adam Cole and The Kingdom (Cole, Michael Bennett, Matt Taven, Maria Kanellis), but Silas Young shows up and snatches The Boys away.

Dalton Castle beats Adam Cole by disqualification after The Kingdom (Adam Cole, Michael Bennett, Matt Taven, Maria Kanellis) attack Castle. War Machine (Hansen and Rowe) show up to make the save.

After the commercial break, Nigel McGuinness punishes The Kingdom (Adam Cole, Michael Bennett, Matt Taven, Maria Kanellis) for getting involved in the match by making the main event a six-man tag team match: The Kingdom vs. Dalton Castle and War Machine (Hanson and Rowe).

The Kingdom (Adam Cole, Michael Bennett, Matt Taven) beat Dalton Castle and War Machine (Hanson and Rowe).

The Code of Honor - Ring of Honor Wrestling recap for September 12, 2015

Jay Lethal guests on commentary for the next match.

reDRagon (Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish) beat The House of Truth (Donovan Dijak and J. Diesel) with the Fish Hook. Jay Lethal argues with reDRagon after the match.

The Briscoe Brothers (Jay and Mark Briscoe) aren't worried that they're facing a mystery team at All-Star Extravaganza. They plan to come in and win.

"The Last Real Man" Silas Young guests on commentary for the next match.

Cedric Alexander beats Dalton Castle after "The Last Real Man" Silas Young grabs Castle's boys off the apron, distracting Castle. After the match, Stokely Hathaway shows up, distracting both Alexander and Veda Scott. Moose appears from behind and Spears Alexander.

War Machine (Hanson and Rowe) beat The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Michael Bennett) after The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) show up and stop Maria Kanellis from interfering. Bennett gets superkicked by the Bucks after the match, then The Addiction ("The Almighty" Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian) and Chris Sabin show up and smack The Young Bucks with the ROH Tag Team Championships.

The Code of Honor - Ring of Honor Wrestling recap for August 15, 2015

Nigel McGuiness takes Steve Corino's place on commentary for the hour, as the latter has a week off.

Dalton Castle beats Silas Young. Silas grabs the mic says that he is very tired of him, and says that he can say whatever he wants to say, because he's a "Real Man". He doesn't like Dalton's "boys", and that they should learn how to be men. Silas challenges him to another match, and if he beats him, he gets his "boys", and he will teach them how to be "real men".

"The Exotic Goddess" Mandy Leon runs down the friction in The Kingdom (Michael Bennett, Adam Cole, Matt Taven, Maria Kanellis) on this week's "Inside ROH".

During "Inside ROH", it is announced that Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly will reunite again as Future Shock and face The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian) for the ROH World Tag Team Championship next week!

Kevin Kelly interviews Bobby Fish at ringside, He feels that Jay Lethal may not make it through Hanson, and will wound up facing the latter for the ROH World Television Championship in two weeks. Lethal shows up and talks trash to Fish,

Prince Nana guests on commentary for the next match.

Moose beats Will Ferrera.

Adam Cole says that the other members of The Kingdom questioning his abilities makes him sick - and he plans to walk out next week as the ROH World Tag Team Champions with Kyle O'Reilly.

The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) beats Roppongi Vice (Rocky Romero & Trent Barreta) in a incredible match. The Addiction (Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian), along with Chris Sabin attacks both of the teams. The trio tape Matt Jackson to the top rope, Nick comes in for the save momentarily, but gets slammed by Daniels and Kazarian. The trio mocks the Bucks by having a "Superkick Party" of their own, and even hits their signature Indy Taker to end the show.

The Code of Honor - Ring of Honor Wrestling recap for July 25, 2015

Maria Kanellis guests on commentary for the next match.

The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Michael Bennett) beat Corey Hollis and Jonathan Gresham.

Prince Nana guests on commentary for the next match.

Moose beats Caprice Coleman, Bob Evans, Silas Young, Cheeseburger and Silas Young in a Six-Man Mayhem match, after Cheeseburger stops Bob Evans from winning the match while putting his feet on the ropes.

BJ Whitmer, Adam Page and Colby Corino are in the ring. Whitmer puts Colby Corino on a pedestal, and tells him he almost beat Moose and War Marchine (Hansen and Rowe), even though he never even came close. He tells Colby he looked at him like a little brother when he brought him in, but now looks at him like a son, much to the displeasure of Steve Corino, and wants Colby to view him like the father he never had. Whitmer tells Colby he got him a gift tonight: a Gauntlet match against four recent Ring of Honor tryouts as part of the "Decade Invitational Gauntlet Match." All of them weigh a combined total of 1,800 lbs. Steve Corino steps in before the match can begin, and when BJ Whitmer involves his family, Corino nearly attacks Whitmer only to be stopped by officials, not least of which is Nigel McGuinness.

Bobby Fish beats ACH. Both men adhere to the Code of Honor after the match.

The Code of Honor - Ring of Honor recap for July 4, 2015

Dalton Castle beats Takaaki Watanabe. After the match, he says that he's the only real man in Ring of Honor after Best in the World. Not surprisingly, this raises the ire of Silas Young, who approaches the entrance ramp while being held back by several officials.

Nigel McGuinness introduces Jay Lethal, who comes down to the ring along with Truth Martini, J Diesel and Donovan Dijak. McGuinness congratulates Lethal, and Martini says that history was made at Best in the World as the world's greatest first-generation wrestler conquered Jay Briscoe. As for Lethal himself, he says what he's been saying the whole time: he is the best in the world. Before Lethal leaves, McGuinness asks Lethal which title he will vacate - the World Television title or the actual World title. Lethal has no plans of vacating either title, and that if he has to defend both titles on the same night in two separate matches, he'll do it. Next week on television, he defends against Mark Briscoe, and Lethal plans to destroy him. As for Death Before Dishonor on July 24th, he plans to retain against Roderick Strong. Roderick Strong shows up and tells Lethal he plans to walk out of the event as the new World champ.

Roderick Strong says that he now has not only the title shot that he wanted, but that he earned. He plans to take the World title from Jay Lethal at Death Before Dishonor.

Next week: Adam Page faces "Reborn" Matt Sydal. Page plans to use him as example of what he'll do to ACH at Death Before Dishonor.

Before the next match, Maria Kanellis knows that Adam Cole is upset after what happened in Best in the World, but says it's not his fault and takes full responsibility, saying that she believes in him, and that this Kingdom will never fall.

"Unbreakable" Michael Elgin and reDRagon (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly) beat The Kingdom (Adam Cole, Matt Taven, Michael Bennett). To the surprise of Taven, Bennett and Maria Kanellis, Cole raises O'Reilly arm after they shake hands, and leaves without the rest of The Kingdom.

The Code of Honor - Ring of Honor Wrestling recap for April 18, 2015



Donovan Dijak beats Dalton Castle, thanks to Truth Martini, who holds on to Dijak's leg when Castle goes for a suplex. After the match, Truth Martini taunts Castle only to get his junk grabbed. Dijak tries to attack Castle only to be sent tumbling out of the ring.

War Machine (Hanson and Raymond Rowe) absolutely destroy Andy Dalton and Ken Phoenix when Andy Dalton gets fresh with War Machine at the start of the match.

It's Fish Tank time! reDRagon's (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly) guest is Jay Lethal, who shows up with Truth Martini. Kyle O'Reilly has a shot at the ROH World Television Championship next week. reDRagon make fun of Lethal's new DVD as well as Lethal calling himself the world champion when that title belongs to Jay Briscoe. When Lethal verbally trashes Briscoe, Briscoe shows up with three referees in case Briscoe decides to get physical....which he does. Briscoe and Lethal brawl all the way to the back, then two members of the Knights of the Rising Dawn almost beat up reDRagon until ACH, Christopher Daniels and Matt Sydal make the save.

B.J. Whitmer and Adam Page are tired of ACH having everything handed to him while he and Page have earned their way to the top.

"Unbreakable" Michael Elgin beats Cedric Alexander. After the match, Elgin puts the whole locker room on notice on the mike.

The Code of Honor - Ring of Honor Wrestling recap for March 21, 2015


Roderick Strong beats Bobby Fish. Roddy says that whoever's the World Champion - whether it be Jay Briscoe or Samoa Joe - they are his.

This year's Top Prospect Tournament winner Donovan Dijak is scheduled to face Jay Lethal for the ROH World Television Championship. However, things change when Truth Martini runs his famous con game on Dijak, which results in Donovan is shaking Martini's hand, thus joining the House of Truth. The flamboyant Dalton Castle makes his way to the ring and calls out Donovan Dijak for not taking the Television Title natch instead. He then challenges Jay Lethal to match for the TV title, but a disgusted Lethal turns him down. When Dalton brings up challenging Jay Briscoe for his title because he heard that he's a real champion, that struck a nerve in Lethal and he viciously attacks Dalton Castle,making the World Television title match official.

Jay Lethal beats Dalton Castle with the help of Donovan Dijak to retain the ROH World Television Championship.

Knights of the Rising Dawn cut into the feed of reDRagon, they say their targets have systematically been selected both good & evil, they’re presence has been made, but it has not been felt, their power can not be stopped.

Jay Briscoe beats Jimmy Jacobs to retain the ROH World Championship. After the match, Jay offers up his hand. A teary-eyed Jacobs accepts, and shakes his hand in respect.

Next week on Ring of Honor Wrestling: Samoa Joe makes his in-ring ROH return as he takes on Kyle O'Reilly!
