Angle tells him to respect the World title, and says that he'll leave him high and dry when he faces MVP tonight. After Angle leaves, the Beat Down Clan (MVP, Kenny King, Samoa Joe, Low Ki) show up. Samoa Joe tells Lashley he sold them out, and owes his success to them. Joe then says that MVP will take the world title tonight. MVP reminds Lashley that he's a man alone, and that nobody will help him when he takes the title back to the BDC.

Mr. Anderson & Rockstar Spud beats Ethan Carter III & Tyrus.

EC3 is outraged for his loss to Spud & Anderson and plans to cut Spud's hair tonight.

Joe threatens to snap Aries' neck, and Aries responds by fighting him.

Austin Aries beats Samoa Joe with the 450 Splash when an interference by Kenny King backfires. The Beat Down Clan (Samoa Joe, Kenny King, Low Ki) attack Aries and puts him through a table! Low Ki takes briefcase from a battered Aries.

Instead, he gets Grado who prances around ringside and gets in Bram's face. Grado attacks Bram, only for him to get laid out with a jumping DDT. Bram continues to taunt Magnus afterwards.

When D-Bry mentions his plans, however, Bad News Barrett butts in and tells him he doesn't deserve a WrestleMania moment or a spotlight...and neither does Dean Ambrose, now that he's stolen the Intercontinental Championship. He threatens to beat up Daniel Bryan if he doesn't get out of the ring when Dean Ambrose waltzes in and brawls with Barrett. Daniel Bryan picks up the Intercontinental title and admires it, then Barrett crawls back into the ring and demands he give it back. After some hesitation, Daniel Bryan does just that...only for Barrett to be clocked by Ambrose as soon as he turns around.

Lucha Underground Review 2/25/15

Sup, everyone and welcome to the February 25, 2015 edition of my Lucha Underground Recap! Tonight's episode was an incredible one, with two matches that I would consider classics, and build-ups to stories that have been transpiring for the last couple of weeks. Topics that I will be covering tonight are: two classic matches, ignited feud between Johnny Mundo and King Cuerno, and Black Lotus being questioned. Without further ado, lets get started!

Two Classics!

Tonight, we witnessed two classic matches: Aerostar vs. Drago and Lucha Underground Champion Prince Puma vs. Cage in a #1 Contenders Match. First off, Aerostar and Drago have already faced off twice in the past couple of weeks, with all of the matches being great encounters. However, this particular encounter took the cake for me. Right after an incredible start to the show, the proprietor of Lucha Underground, "El Jefe: Dario Cueto comes out and deems their series of matches a Best of Five Series Matches, with the winner of the final match getting a shot at one of his "famous opportunities". Oh, this is going to be good.

Also, you have the #1 Contenders Match between Cage and Prince Puma, which was so good, it could have been a World Title match for all I care. With near fall, after near fall, it just shows how both men were taking each other to the limit by using their distinctive styles in the ring. Cage continues to show why he could very well be the ultimate badass of Lucha Underground, mostly because of his unbelievable agility for a man his size, and his ability to easily transition from a powerhouse to a awe-inspiring high flyer in the blink of an eye. Puma's in-ring ability, as always, is straight up innovative high flying offense, and proving that humans can fly (haha). The only thing I did not like about this match: Konnan throwing in the towel and quitting on the behalf of the champion. Of course, Puma would be pissed about it, but the question is: what was he reason for doing so?

Mundo vs. Cuerno - A Feud Ignited.

These two tore, it. up. in the main event match. Despite the match ending in a draw (due to a double count-out), that did not stop the men from straight up brutalizing each other all over the Lucha Underground Temple. I knew that it was going to turn out more than just a challenge match to end the beef between the two for Cuerno attacking him several weeks ago. To be honest, I would love to see a rivalry between these two. I mean, these two having a match against each other for the first time and they can tear the house down like that? All joking aside, these two can have classics if Lucha Underground were to keep this up... in which they which do it more than likely.

Black Lotus gets questioned... by who?

Last week, as you know, a vignette was shown of the mysterious woman, now known to me as Black Lotus, was still on the hunt for "Matanza", a person she's wanted to kill since she was a little girl. What she did not know, however, is that there was someone else in the room with her, who captures her and takes her hostage. Fast forward a week later, she is in the trunk of someone's car, and the man is revealed to be a masked Luchador (and I have yet to find his name) who wants to know what Black Lotus knows about "Matanza". Phew, that is a lot to take in. What I am digging about this whole thing is that it really feels like you are watching a thriller film; and being that the El Rey Network is based around the Grindhouse effect, it just makes all more interesting. What I can take from the segment is more questions than answers. Who is this masked Luchador? Why is he questioning Black Lotus? When will he find out who "Matanza" is? So many questions, but it will be awhile before we find out, folks.

That's it for this week, folks! Tune in next week for another one of my "famous reviews" (taken that from El Jefe's "famous opportunities")! LUCHA! LUCHA! LUCHA!

Underground Sound - Lucha Underground Recap for February 25, 2015

Aerostar defeated Drago. Aerostar and Drago shake and raise hands showing a sign of respect. "El Jefe" Dario Cueto comes out and sees that the two get along so well, but we wants to see more out of them. He then set up a Best of Five Series (in which two matches are already in the books, so it's 1-1) and says that the winner will get one of his "famous opportunities".

King Cuerno will face Johnny Mundo one-on-one for the first time tonight!

Cage defeated Lucha Underground Champion Prince Puma to become number one contender for the title when Puma's manager, Konnan throws in the towel!

Konnan is backstage with Prince Puma, and he reassures him to stick to their plan. Sexy Star is in Cueto's office, and she is tired of men jumping in her matches to save her and how her friends got sent to the hospital last week. Cueto proposes the idea of giving her a match with Big Ryck, but Sexy Star does not accept, but Cueto assures her that he and The Crew (Bael, Cisco and Cortez Castro) have something in store for Big Ryck...

Vinny Massaro vs. Pentagon Jr. is next. Before the match, Pentagon tells ring announcer Melissa Santos that he dedicates this match to his "master".

Pentagon, Jr. quickly defeats Vinny Massaro. After the match, Pentagon sunset flip powerbombs Vinny from the top rope through a table! Pentagon then snaps Vinny arm, and then kisses the mat as a sign of sacrifice to his "master."

King Cuerno vs. Johnny Mundo ends in a draw due to a double count-out. Despite this, the two men kept brawling throughout the temple to end the show.

Outside of the temple, a mysterious black car drives through the lot. When the car stops, someone opens the trunk to the mysterious woman who has been searching for "Matanza". The person is revealed to be Blue Demon, Jr., who wants to question her about her knowings of "Matanza".

**From now on, I will be posting the recap and review to Lucha Underground on separate posts!**

Gettin' RAW - Monday Night RAW Recap for February 23, 2015

Randy Orton shows up to start the show. He's been out of action for four months, and he wants Seth Rollins. When he calls him out, however, Triple H, Kane, Stephanie McMahon and Big Show come out instead. Stephanie tries to kiss up to Orton and tell him that The Authority's hands were tied four months, and wants him to come back to the fold. Orton says he'd rather kick some ass than kiss some ass. Big Show tries to reason with him, saying that joining The Authority was the best decision he ever made in his life, and that it would be the same way for Orton. Stephanie tries to remind Orton that he's not a good guy and never has been, and decides to hold a business meeting in the back to settle things. Everyone walks away when Orton goes silent, but Orton grabs the mic and says he'll be there at the last second.

R-Truth guests on commentary for the next match.

Bad News Barrett calls Dean Ambrose a common thief for stealing the WWE Intercontinental Championship from him last night.

Dolph Ziggler beats Wade Barrett.  After the match, Dean Ambrose shows up with the Intercontinental title. He taunts Barrett, then looks at Ziggler before walking away.

The business meeting happens. Despite Seth Rollins' and Kane's doubts, Stephanie asks Randy Orton if he can put the past aside, move forward and rejoin The Authority. He does, shaking hands with Rollins. Stephanie then announces that Randy Orton and Seth Rollins will be in a tag team match later tonight against Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns.

The Celtic Warrior is returning...

The Prime Time Players (Titus O'Neil & Darren Young) defeated The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor), handing them their first pinfall loss since arriving on the scene in WWE. Afterwards, Konnor attacks Darren Young. Titus O'Neil tries to make the save, but the number games become to much for the reuniting duo, and Darren Young gets hit with the Fall of Man.

Roman Reigns shows up. He says it's been a hell of a month, but he's going to WrestleMania. All of a sudden, Daniel Bryan shows up. He calls himself the biggest Roman Reigns doubter, and says he felt Roman didn't have half the heart as him, even though he earned the chance at the World Heavyweight title. Daniel Bryan doesn't regret their match last night, as Roman proved him wrong. He congratulates Roman, tells him it would be an honor to tag team with him later tonight, and to kick the crap out of Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. Paul Heyman then shows up, and congratulates Roman, saying it was a hell of a win and a main event. He tells Roman Reigns that he is the guy right now, but tells him he still can't beat Brock Lesnar. Roman Reigns tells Heyman that he's going to destroy Lesnar at WrestleMania.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) win by disqualification, but Tyson Kidd and Cesaro remain WWE Tag Team Champions. The match is over after Natalya pulls one of the Usos' legs off the top turnbuckle...but not before she brawls with Naomi.

As The Miz declares his entrance into this year's Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania, Damien Mizdow tells The Miz that casting companies are now calling him, wanting him to be their spokesperson in commercials.

Bray Wyatt speaks to an empty casket. He makes it clear he wants to destory The Undertaker at WrestleMania.

Jack Swagger beats Stardust with the Patriot Lock after the distraction from Goldust.

John Cena shows up. He says Rusev took him to the limit, even though he had him beat. He says that Rusev proved himself a coward when he couldn't beat him cleanly. Rusev and Lana show up, and Lana rubs the loss in Cena's face, as does Rusev, but Cena is having none of it and says he will beat Rusev at WrestleMania 31 for the United States title. Rusev feels Cena doesn't deserve a rematch, and flat out turns down the challenge.

Randy Orton and Seth Rollins chat backstage. Orton isn't putting the past behind him, but he tells Rollins that he has his back tonight and plans to remind Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns how lucky they were that he wasn't at the Royal Rumble match.

We look back at Sting's career.

The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) quickly beat Paige and Emma, then beat them to a pulp.

The Bushwhackers (Bushwhacker Luke and Bushwhacker Butch) are the newest inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015.

Curtis Axel announces that he will be in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Ryback shows up and announces he's entering it, too.

Ryback quickly beats Curtis Axel.

It's a Fastlane rematch as Erick Rowan, Dolph Ziggler and Ryback take on Seth Rollins, Big Show and Kane on SmackDown this Thursday.

Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins beat Randy Orton and Seth Rollins after Orton leaves Rollins high and dry for tagging himself in (while Roman takes it all in stride when D-Bry does the same). After the match, Orton hits an RKO on Jamie Noble, but shows restraint towards Rollins. Rollins is shocked at this turn of events.

Here are the top 10 moments from tonight's show!

WWE Fast Lane - The LIVE Results!

The night starts with Miz TV. The Miz makes Damien Mizdow sit in the corner before he brings out Paul Heyman, who is watching the main event for tonight very closely. Heyman goes on the record to say that Brock Lesnar is not here tonight, that Lesnar has no preference whom he faces at WrestleMania, and that Lesnar will walk out of WrestleMania 31 with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. In the middle of the interview, Mizdow is forced to sit down and face the turnbuckle when Lesnar tells Miz he doesn't like the way Mizdow is looking at him.

Big Show, Seth Rollins and Kane beat Dolph Ziggler, Ryback and Erick Rowan. After the match, Rollins, Kane and Show attack the losers of the match until a surprise return by...Randy Orton. Orton hits RKOs on Jamie Noble, Joey Mercury and Kane, and Rollins is forced to escape the arena.

Dusty Rhodes chats with Goldust backstage. Dusty reminds him that nobody needs to get hurt, and that both of his sons mean the world to him.

Goldust narrowly beats Stardust with a crucifix pin. After the match, Goldust tries to reach out to Stardust, but Stardust walks away.

After the match, Goldust is talking to his father Dusty Rhodes backstage again when Stardust shows up and attacks Goldust. Stardust then tells Dusty that he killed Cody Rhodes when he brought Goldust back to the WWE.

Tyson Kidd and Cesaro beat The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) to win the WWE Tag Team Championships!

Triple H shows up, dressed in a leather jacket and jeans. He apologizes to Ric Flair for pushing him on Raw, but stands by what he said that night. He is here as Triple H, not as the COO. Sting shows up. Triple H reminds him that it's guys like him that put WCW out of business, and then offers him an alliance where they can do business as usual and make him bigger than he's ever been. Triple H then tries to cheap shot Sting, and Sting fights back...but Triple H gets the upper hand. He goes for the sledgehammer, but Sting gets up and pulls out the bat, cornering Triple H and forcing him to drop the sledgehammer. He points at the WrestleMania logo with the bat, then tells him "See you at 'Mania." Triple H then tries to charge at him when he leaves, but Triple H gets a bat to the gut and a Scorpion Death Drop.

Nikki Bella retains the WWE Divas Championship against Paige.

Bad News Barrett beats Dean Ambrose by disqualification and retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship when an angry Ambrose refuses to listen to the ref and get Barrett out of the corner. Dean Ambrose attacks Barrett again and runs off with the Intercontinental title.

The arena goes dark, and monks show up, chanting and carrying torches. Then the bell tolls. Undertaker has returned for the first time since his loss to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30...or so we think. It's Bray that's in the casket. He says that he no longer fears death, pain or suffering...and plans to claim the soul of The Undertaker.

Rusev retains the WWE United States Championship against John Cena when Lana distracts the ref, allowing Rusev to kick John Cena with a low blow, making it possible to put Cena out of consciousness with the Accolade. Cena is somehow able to walk out of the ring under his own power after the match.

Roman Reigns beats Daniel Bryan to go on to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31.

EC3 sics Tyrus on him, but it's all a distraction so that Mandrews and Rockstar Spud can attack EC3 from behind. This starts a brawl, where Tyrus appears to be on top until he falls victim to a Mic Check from Anderson. Mickie James shows up. She's now engaged to Magnus and has given birth to a son, then Bram show up. Bram doesn't care what she has to say to him, and says he attacked Magnus to "wake him up," and blames Mickie James for "watering him down." James says the only reason Bram attacked her husband is because he knows he's only half the man Magnus is, and that Magnus would easily whip his ass. She then proceeds to call Bram a little bitch, and when Bram corners her, she slaps him. Officials have to keep Bram away from Mickie James.

Lashley tells Kurt Angle to put his money where his mouth is.

Back at ringside Kota Ibushi makes his way to the ring. His opponent is Shinsuke Nakamura as he makes his dramatic (but epic) entrance.

Shinsuke Nakamura beats Kota Ibushi. After the match Nakamura gets a microphone. He asks the crowd what they thought of the match. He asks Ibushi if it was exciting for him too. He screams Yeah-O and he leaves the ring. Out back Ibushi is collapsed on the floor he says he gave everything but his opponent had more to spare. He says as an individual he wants to keep on chasing Nakamura. We go to Nakamura who says Ibushi has potential and he has all the qualities of a great wrestler. We go off the air with Nakamura talking more about his match with Ibushi.

My WWE Fast Lane Predictions!

Rusev (c) vs. John Cena
for the WWE United States Championship

This feud all started when Rusev interrupted John Cena after Royal Rumble in the most inconsiderate of ways. Since then, it's been pretty tense, and Rusev may have bitten off more than he can chew...

Winner: My gut is telling me that Rusev's gonna win it, but I can't help to think that Cena's gonna take this one!

Nikki Bella (c) vs. Paige
for the WWE Divas Championship

Paige is the next Diva to get a title shot at Nikki Bella's Divas title. Can Paige take the title and prove why the WWE is her house for the third time?

Winner: I see Nikki retaining, but by a straw...

Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan
The winner of this match will face Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31.

**Using Prince Watercress's synopsis of this match. Sums it up pretty well.**

With Roman Reigns' Royal Rumble match victory nitpicked due to Rusev never being eliminated and The Rock showing up to affect the result, The Authority has now hounded him at every turn. Daniel Bryan, fresh from a return from injury, tried to win the Royal Rumble but was eliminated early. The next live Raw after Royal Rumble, Seth Rollins and Daniel Bryan fought for #1 contendership for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as per The Authority. Daniel Bryan won it, ironically due to the interference of Roman Reigns. Now these two collide to fight for it!

Winner:  I'm a Reigns fans, but let's be real, he's not quite ready yet. Hoping Bryan wins this one.

Dean Ambrose vs. Bad News Barrett (c)
for the WWE Intercontinental Championship

Dean Ambrose has been itching for a shot at the WWE Intercontinental Championship after beating Bad News Barrett in a non-title match, and after forcefully (literally, people) making Barrett sign a contract for the title match. Now that he has it, will the Lunatic Fringe finally take the gold?

Winner: Dean Ambrose will win it!

Goldust vs. Stardust

Don't tell me you didn't see this coming! The tension has been boiling between these two for weeks, and now, the brothers will finally go head-to-head at Fast Lane!

Winner: I see Stardust taking this one.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) (c)
vs. Tyson Kidd and Cesaro
for the WWE Tag Team Championships

What started out as a series matches turned into a disasterous double date for both Natalya and Naomi that got ruined by the husbands in complete turmoil. Now the tag team titles are on the line. Put the wife and kids to bed, folks!

Winner: The Usos will likely retain.

Ryback, Dolph Ziggler and Erick Rowan
vs.
Seth Rollins, Kane and Big Show

Now that they've been re-hired, Ryback, Ziggler and Rowan have since sought revenge against the men of The Authority who were responsible for them losing their jobs in the first place.

Winner:  Ryback, Ziggler and Rowan will win.

SmackDown Hotel! - WWE SmackDown Recap for February 19, 2015

Renee Young interviews Goldust, who says that Stardust is now more than a persona and is now a cancer that is eating away at his brother Cody Rhodes, whom he wants back. Stardust appears on the nearby television screen and says that soon the universe will forget the name Goldust.

Jimmy Uso vs. Tyson Kidd ends when Rusev goes on a warpath destroys everybody in sight.

Seth Rollins defeated Dolph Ziggler. When it seems that Rollins and company (Big Show, Kane and J&J Security) were leaving the ring, Rollins looks to take advantage of the three men in the ring as they go in on the attack. Rowan, Ziggler and Ryback seemed to hold their own until The Authority took davantage with the numbers game. Erick Rowan is chokeslammed by Kane and Big Show, followed by a Curb Stomp by Seth Rollins. Ryback makes a comeback and attacks all members of The Authority, who yet again gain the advantage with Ryback being held down to be knocked out by Big Show, followed by another Curb Stomp from Seth Rollins.

Lucha Underground Review 2/18/25 - "Eye for an Eye"

REVIEW!!!

Sup, everyone and welcome to the February 18, 2015 edition of Lucha Underground! Tonight's episode was a jam-packed one. So jam-packed that I had to make this week's review a separate post. Not like I'm complaining, though. :) There is a lot for me to talk about tonight, including: End of the search for Matanza?,  El Texano, Jr. vs. Alberto El Patron, Catrina's new love?, Chavo quitting and the return of Big Ryck. That's a mouthful! So, without further ado, let's get started!

End of the Search for Matanza?

Here we are with another part to the "Quest for Matanza". The mystery woman is still on the hunt for tis "Matanza, but it seems like she finally found him/her tonight in a dark room backstage. She says that she has been waiting to kill them wiht her bare hands every since she was a little girl. But who? Who is this Matanza? I recall predicting that it was someone on the roster, but apparently, it may be someone else... but who? What is she after them for? What have they done to her? So many questions, but no answers, as of yet. With her confronting the mysterious figure tonight may be a sign of "Matanza" making his/her debut in the coming weeks.

El Texano, Jr. vs. Alberto El Patron

Things came to a head tonight when Alberto El Patron gained a little retribution against El Texano for his brutal sneak attack last week. Prior to Texano's debut match tonight, he stated in an interview with Vampiro that Alberto "stole" the AAA World Heavyweight Championship from him, and that he will reclaim what's his. This is very interesting to me, because what if Lucha Underground makes that big move and book an AAA World title match between the two on an episode of Lucha Underground. I mean, that would be a big step for Lucha Underground as a company, and it can help AAA gain some Amercan exposure with interporomotional matches on Lucha Underground. Of course, I am going to have to do some research as to why El Texano, Jr . calims that Alberto stole the title from him. I am excited to see what happens in this rivalry. El Texano just has this badass look to him, along with great agility and speed for his size. This guy's the real deal. Oh, and it doesn't hurt to have El Texano as a father, either. To close this part of the review: Lucha Underground, book El Texano, Jr. vs. Alberto El Patron. NOW!

Catrina's New Love?

Oh, how this storyline gets freakier and weirder with each passing week, This week, Mil Muertes started off the show in a match against Chavo Guerrero (who I will discuss later in this review), but Catrina did not accompany him as usual. She came out later on in the match. Things really started to get well... creepy after the match when Mil Muertes precedes to choking Catrina and taking advantage of her. Fenix, who Catrin has been feasting her eyes on for the past several weeks storms the ring and takes out Mil Muertes. Catrina kisses Fenix yet again, but now it seems that Fenix is more accepting of it. What is going on with this picture? It seems that Catrina is really leaving Mil Muertes for Fenix, but then again, something inside me tells me that this is all a hoax and that this a way to to gain psychological control over Fenix in order for Mil Muertes to get revenge on Fenix for defeating him a couple of weeks ago. Either way, to be continued....

Chavo QUITS!

Chavo Guerrero dropped the bomb on Dario Cueto (right after Cueto' meeting with Cage. may I add) that he quits and that everyone in Mexico was right and he was going to be with his family. However, Cueto shrugs this off, and gives him that lame "I wish you good luck on your future endeavors." mesh. Of course, this may be kayfabe, but I feel that he's going to come back with some backup. Remember when he was ranting about being the top guy in Lucha Underground? Well, I feel that every since Aztec Warfare, Chavo's top heel status took a quick downfall, especially with the debuts of Cage and newest Crew member, Bael. I think that this is not a good move, because first off, it was definittely out of nowhere and two : they set him up to be this top bad guy and to step out of the Guerrero shadow, and now it seems that it has all gone downhill. Hmm, maybe I'm just jumping to conclusions too quickly...

Return of Big Ryck - Vengeance shall be his!

During the trios main event match, Big Ryck, who is wearing an eye patch due to his eye being burning by a cigar that he smoked by a Crew member. The Crew (Bael, Cisco and Cortez Castro) make a run for it, livign to fight another day. Wuth this return, I definitely see a big match of some sorts in the works. Maybe a handicap, trios or a series of singles matches where Big Ryck takes them all down one by one. I don't care, to be honest. I just want to see how he goes to the Old Testament on their asses!

That's it for this week! Until next week, keep on flyin'! LUCHA! LUCHA! LUCHA!

Underground Sound - Lucha Underground Recap for February 18, 2015

Mariachi El Bronx perform to start the show!

Mil Muertes defeated Chavo Guerrero. After the match, Mil Muertes continues to harm Catrina (like he did last week) until Fenix makes the save. In retaliation, Catrina kisses Fenix again, but it seems that Fenix is more accepting of this kiss.

The mysterious woman in black is walking secretly backstage and opens the door to walk up a flight of stairs. Where is she going?

Dario Cueto holds a meeting with The Crew (Bael, Cisco and Cortez Castro) in his office, with Cueto awarding his henchmen with a six-man tag main event. Their opponents? Pimpinela Escarlata, Mascarita Sagrada and Sexy Star. He wants them to hurt the technicos so bad, that they will never come back into the Lucha Underground Temple.

Ivelisse and Son of Havoc are in the ring. She says that even though Son of Havoc is scheduled to face Angelico in a rematch, she says that after seeing him lose for the past couple of weeks, the she will challenge his manhood by Angelico facing HER in a match.

Ivelisse defeated Angelico, thanks to the help of her boyfriend, Son of Havoc. Angelico grabs the mic afterwards and says if she wants to wrestle him again, but without her boyfriend around, he'll be glad to do so. He says this with wink, hinting that he may have a thing for Ivelisse.

Vampiro has a Spanish with the newcomer El Texano, Jr. Texano claims that Alberto El Patron stole the AAA World Heavyweight Championship from him, and says that he will reclaim what is his.

Texano Jr. quickly defeated Super Fly. Alberto El Patron comes out and he and Texano brawl around ringside. El Patron grabs Texano's signature bullrope and whips him with it, before El Texano scurries away.

Cage is in Dario Cueto's office, who says that he should already be champion. Cueto says that despite Cage having what he wants in a champion, Puma is still the champion. He sets up a non-title match between Cage and Puma. Cage tells him to get him a real title belt when he becomes champion. Chavo Guerrero barges in a says that he quits. Cueto, who is not enthusiastic about the news, says that "he wishes Chavo good luck on his future endeavors."

The mysterious woman in black makes her way upstairs into a dark room. She seems to be talking to the "Matanza" she's been searching for. She says that when she was a little girl, she's always pictured herself killing the person wuith her bare hands when she grew up.

Pimpinela Escarlata, Mascarita Sagrada & Sexy Star defeated Cisco, Beal & Castro (The Crew), thanks to the distraction by the returning Big Ryck, who has a patch on his eye, in which Sexy Star steals the pin.

Since this has been a jam packed episode of Lucha Underground, I will post my review on a separate post. Stay tuned!

Gettin' RAW - Monday Night RAW Recap for February 16, 2015

Results courtesy of  Prince Watercress!

John Cena shows up to start the show. After a recap of how Rusev injured one of John Cena's eyes last week, and promises to beat Rusev at FastLane and prove that he hasn't lost a step quite yet. He also says that this match will be not a fun, happy match and will instead be a match of reckless abandon where he has to fight for respect and fight to win. Suddenly, Lana and Rusev show up. Lana puts Rusev on a pedestal, while Rusev promises to crush Cena and everything he stands for. Not long after this, Cena runs up the ramp and lays Rusev out, giving him the same treatment that Rusev gave Cena last week.

Dean Ambrose, dressed in a wrinkled suit jacket that looks a bit big for him, issues the news: he has a contract for an Intercontinental Championship match that Bad News Barrett will sign before Sunday.

Dean Ambrose beats Luke Harper.

Big Show walks in on Kane and Triple H backstage, and he and Kane immediately start arguing. Triple H tells them to take care of this tiff tonight and win their respective matches.

Bray Wyatt says "It's coming..."

Goldust and Stardust are backstage when Dusty Rhodes shows up. He tells them (Stardust especially) to stand together for once and put family first.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) beat Gold & Stardust (Goldust and Stardust). After the match, Stardust helps his brother up...then puts him in the Cross Rhodes.

Byron Saxton interviews Roman Reigns. Whatever the obstacles or whatever the wave of public opinion rides, he plans to take his earned place at WrestleMania 31. As for Daniel Bryan, he has a ton of respect for him, but Daniel is only making it back into the WrestleMania picture because of him.

Backstage, Dusty Rhodes confronts Stardust. Cody Rhodes is dead...and as far as Stardust is concerned, so is his father.

Daniel Bryan guests on commentary for the next match.

Roman Reigns beats Kane by count-out when Kane tries to put Reigns through the commentary only to eat a Spear. After the match, Daniel Bryan starts a "Yes" chant at the commentary table and Roman dares him to get into the ring. Daniel Yes! chants his way around the ring instead.

Bray Wyatt is waiting for someone...

The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) steal Paige's ring gear. Cameron refuses to lend Paige her's, but Paige runs into the Rosebuds and drags one of them to the locker room.

Paige, wearing the clothes of the Rosebud that she dragged into the locker room, beats Summer Rae with the PTO. After the match, The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) appear, but Paige says she doesn't need to make herself look good...but she would look good with the WWE Divas Championship around her waist.

Before his match, Seth Rollins bad-mouths President's Day and is about to bad-mouth Dolph Ziggler when Ziggler shows up and makes fun of him.

Dolph Ziggler beats Seth Rollins by disqualification when J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) rush in and interfere after being sent back to the back after the commercial break. Ryback and Erick Rowan show up to even the odds when Ziggler is under attack.

The kick-off for FastLane is Miz TV with special guest Paul Heyman.

Triple H shows up. He is about to respond to Sting accepting his face-to-face confrontation when Ric Flair shows up. Flair tells him not to take Sting lightly, and not to put himself in a position to fail. Triple H says he doesn't need the history lesson, as he knows Sting well. He says Sting did the smart thing when he disappeared, and thinks Sting has now set out to destroy what he's built. Ric Flair tries to be the voice of reason, but some harsh words are thrown around and Triple H pushes Ric Flair to the ground before telling him he'll destroy anyone who gets in his way and promises to make sure Sting never shows his face in WWE again.

The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) attack Darren Young and his unnamed tag team partner before their match can begin. Titus O'Neil shows up and makes the save, marking the first time Young and O'Neil have been on the same side since they inamicably broke up.

The Miz asks Bad News Barrett to humble Damien Mizdow, and he'll keep an eye out for Dean Ambrose for him in return.

Bad News Barrett beats Damien Mizdow, again due to Miz's constant interruptions. After the match, Dean Ambrose rushes in and attacks Barrett, zipties his hands to a post and forces him to sign the contract for an Intercontinental title match.

Bray Wyatt hammers a nail into what seems to be a wooden casket.

Naomi and Jimmy Uso beat Nattie and Tyson Kidd.

Big Show beats Daniel Bryan by disqualification after Roman Reigns hits Show with the Superman Punch in response to Show hitting him with a Spear outside of the ring that Daniel Bryan dodged. This leads to a lengthy brawl between the two that takes multiple officials and trainers to break up. During the match, Roman Reigns sat at ringside, signed autographs, took selfies with fans and passed out T-shirts in an attempt to distract D-Bry which fails.

Here are the highlights for tonight's show!

REVIEW!!!

Sup, everyone and welcome to the Valentine's Day Edition of the Ring of Honor Wrestling recap! In the combustible episode of Ring of Honor, we see things get more intense between the four mean who will square off in a Four Corner Survival Match for the ROH World title at ROH's 13th Anniversary! Also, we see the return of "The Phenomenal" A.J. Styles to ROH Television, but this time, he brings his Bullet Club stablemates with him, Matt and Nick Jackson - The Young Bucks. For this review, I will not be dividing the review into topics as usual, I'm just going to talk about the show in general. Let's get started!

Things are getting even more heated on the road to the Four Corner Survival Match for the ROH World Championship at the 13th Anniversary Show. ROH World Champion Jay Briscoe was on commentary for three separate matches that features his three opponents: Michael Elgin, Tommaso Ciampa and Hanson. Throughout those matches, the three contenders got in the face of the champion, but the final face off between Jay and Elgin is when he had enough. Things broke down in the ring during Elgin's match with Moose (who joined in the brawl, despite not having anything to do with the situation between Elgin and Briscoe), when all four men got into a brawl, which also included Jay's brother Mark and Moose. However, when Moose speared Jay, the previously injured should, along with his ribs, may have been affected by that spear. Of course, this will not stop the two-time World Champion, but he will have a huge disadvantage going into the World title match on March 1st.

Bullet Club members A.J. Styles & The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) make an appearance for Ring of Honor to take on Cedric Alexander, Matt Sydal and ACH. This man was a CLASSIC! I guess that's what happens when you get six of the top singles and tag wrestlers in the world in one ring. The Bullet Club members tore the house down, with sick triple team moves, and not to mention, a humongous Superkick Party that ensued throughout the match as well. The match could have went either way, especially with close pins by members of both teams. The match was five-star and PPV quality, and I would give anything to see this six man tag team match again. Seriously.

Well, that's it for this week. Tune in next week for another ROH Review. HONOR LIVES!

Making an iMPACT - Impact Wrestling Recap for February 13, 2015

Kurt Angle starts the show. He thanks Austin Aries and Gunner for their help last week, then introduces Lashley. Lashley shows up, and says he only joined up because he wanted to beat up the Beat Down Clan (MVP, Samoa Joe, Low Ki, Kenny King). Angle then says he didn't just bring him here to thank him, and that it's time for him to become World champ again. Before Angle can issue the challenge to Lashley, the Beat Down Clan show up. MVP insists that his team didn't lose last week because Lashley wasn't a sanctioned tag team partner. He then says the Beat Down Clan can do whatever they want, and have decided to beat one of them up. Lashley takes the bull by the horn and says he'll take them on in a tag team match. His partner tonight? Kurt Angle.

Bobby Roode and Austin Aries chat backstage before their match against each other tonight. They both plan to bring the house down, but only one can get the advantage in next week's 20-Man Gauntlet to name the #1 contender to the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

Ethan Carter III and Tyrus are not happy with last week's turn of events concerning Jeremy Borash cutting the power to his electric razor, and challenges Rockstar Spud, Mandrews and Borash to a handicap match between himself and Tyrus.

Bobby Roode defeated Austin Aries with the Crossface Submission. Roode grabs the mic and says that his match was "pro wrestling" and he and Aries shakes hands in mutual respect. Roode says that if he can defeat one of the greatest wrestlers in the world, he now feels that he deserves another shot at the TNA World title. Roode wants to face Lashley again for the title, despite Lashley's problems with The Beat Down Clan and says that he;s taking back the World title. Eric Young attacks him from behind and hits Roode with the piledriver then spits on him.

As Bobby Roode is helped to the back by officials, Eric Young attacks him yet again and puts him in a second piledriver.

Al Snow shows up, and he has a beef against Grado from British Boot Camp 2. He calls out Grado and gives him one last chance to quit before he kicks his ass next week. Grado shows up, and Snow says he has no respect for Grado because Grado has no respect for him or for wrestling in general. Grado takes the mike and makes it clear he's having none of this. Snow takes the mike back out of his hands and decides to involve Grado's parents in this. His parents are in the front row, and Snow tells them to tell Grado to quit while he has a chance. Grado's mom slaps Snow, and Grado attacks Snow from behind. Snow retreats, and tells Grado that the match is on for next week.
Bram defeated Crazzy Steve, and taunted Magnus throughout the match.

Despite grabbing the mic and calling out Magnus during his match with Crazzy Steve, Bram still ends up getting the win.

Rockstar Spud has to get Jeremy Borash into the mood to fight backstage.

Gunner thanks Kurt Angle for trusting in him last week, but questions him teaming with Lashley. Angle says he and Lashley will face each other soon down the line, and that he wants Lashley at his best.

Tyrus & Ethan Carter III defeated Rockstar Spud, Mandrews, and Jeremy Borash. After the match, EC3 attempts to cut Spud's hair when the lights suddenly go out, and Mr. Anderson pops up out of nowhere and attacks both EC3 and Tyrus, with both of them sliding out of the ring. Mr. Anderson is back.

Gunner hopes to win next week's Gauntlet match and win the World title... then BDC members Low Ki and Kenny King attack him.

Madison Rayne is bragging about her accomplishments, and Awesome Kong's theme music is constantly interrupting her.

Awesome Kong quickly defeats Madison Rayne.

Austin Aries and Kurt Angle chat backstage. Aries hopes to become World champ again, and has the Feast or Fired briefcase that will help fast track his way back to it.

Matt Hardy shows up. He says that last week was the first time that he had ever seen a broken Jeff Hardy. The Revolution ("The Cowboy" James Storm, Abyss, The Great Sanada, Manik, Khoya) shows up, and Storm displays malicious glee and satisfaction at cutting down Jeff Hardy. He then gives Matt Hardy two options: join The Revolution, or have a hospital bed next to his brother's. Matt chooses the hospital bed, and the Revolution uses the numbers game to their advantage. Before Storm can finish him off with the bullrope, however, The Wolves (Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards) show up and blow The Revolution away to make the save for Matt Hardy.

Austin Aries isn't telling when he's going to cash in his Feast or Fired briefcase. The Beat Down Clan (Kenny King, Low Ki, Samoa Joe) attack Austin Aries and MVP takes Aries' briefcase for a World title shot!

The Beat Down Clan (Samoa Joe & MVP) defeated Lashley & Kurt Angle when MVP pins a distracted Lashley after Angle flies into Lashley. Lashley and Angle argue in the ring to end the show.

Underground Sound - Lucha Underground Recap for February 11, 2015

Dario Cueto chats with Alberto El Patron, who has some things to get off his chest tonight.

Fenix defeated Argenis with the piledriver. Catrina crawls into the ring in a possessed sensual style on top of a beaten Argenis, staring at Fenix as she does it. Fenix makes a run for it, while Catrina sadistically looks on.

Alberto El Patron arrives as he makes his Lucha Underground debut tonight!

Catrina is walking backstage when she runs into Mil Muertes. She tells him that he needs to - before she finished her sentence, Mil Muertes grabs her up in a chokehold and yells at her in Spanish before putting her down. Moments later, Mil Muertes is walking down the halls and Chavo Guerrero happens to pop up. Muertes grabs Chavo by his neck and slams him against the walls.

A mysterious man is asking God to forgive him, for he is going to sin. Throughout the promo, there are vignettes of The Crew (Bael, Cisco and Cortez Castro) attacking Johnny Mundo and Big Ryck. At the end of the promo, Big Ryck appears, smoking his cigar and saying that he is going back to the Old Testament and he makes it simple: "Vengeance shall be his."

Mariachi El Bronx performs for the crowd!

Son of Havoc says that Dario Cueto has finally gave him some real competition, and he will dedicate his win to "the baddest bitch in the building", his girlfriend Ivelisse. His opponent? Johnny Mundo!

Johnny Mundo defeated Son of Havoc, much to the dislike of Havoc's girlfriend Ivelisse. Out of nowhere, King Cuerno dropkicks Johnny Mundo from behind, attacks him to hit "The Thrill of the Hunt".

Pentagon, Jr. defeated Ricky Mantel via Submission and nearly broke his arm much like he did to Famous B last week. he grabs the mic and says that he dedicates himself to his "master."

Alberto El Patron comes out to a thunderous ovation from the fans in the Temple, with the AAA World Heavyweight Championship in hand. Alberto calls the audience his family and that he is finally here in Lucha Underground. He talks about his legendary wrestling family including Mil Mascaras and Dos Caras and how they taught him about the passions about the wrestling business, and how he became a wrestling icon in the country he had to conquer, the United States. He says in Spanish, "Back there, they embraced me, but when I turn around they stabbed me in the back." and that he is the first Luchador to hold every major title in North America. He refuses to be held back because of the color of his skin or getting the job (but he boldly says that he gets the job done), and that the Revolution of Alberto El Patron has begun, but out of nowhere, Alberto's  rival El Texano, Jr. makes his debut and attacks him from behind.

REVIEW

Sup, everyone and welcome to the February 11, 2015 edition of the Lucha Underground recap. Things are heating up tonight, especially with highly-anticipated debut of Alberto El Patron and various feuds throughout company. Topics that I will be focusing on tonight are Big Ryck's vengeance, Catrina's sadistic desires, and Alberto El Patron's debut. Without further ado, lets get started.

Big Ryck's Vengeance

One of the highlights of tonight's episode, in my opinion is the backstage promo with Big Ryck. A couple of weeks prior to this, The Crew (Bael, Cisco, and Cortez Castro) turned their back on Big Ryck, much to the satisfaction of Dario Cueto. Throughout the promo, there were vignettes shown of The Crew doing their dirty work. All I have to say is, The Crew had better have eyes in the back of their heads, because now Big Ryck is going OLD TESTAMENT on them, and as he said in his promo: "Vengeance shall be mine." Oh, I cannot wait for him to return. I feel that something memorable is going to happen, and I'm glad that he said his prayers, because he's going to be doing some major sinning!

Catrina's Sadistic Desires

So, we've seen a good amount of Catrina on the big screen more than usual tonight. First, she peered up at ringside during Fenix's match against Argenis, and she sexually and creepily crawled on top of Argenis after the match. Also, she got into some sort of an "altercation" with Mil Muertes, who grabbed her up in a chokehold, but she seemed to enjoy it. To be honest, I do not know what is going to happen and who is going after who, but I know that someone's going to left broken and battered afterwards. Maybe Catrina has some sadistic Fenix fetish or something (haha). Another thing that I learned is that never mess Mil Muertes when he is angry (and Chavo Guerrero found that out tonight)!

Alberto El Patron's debut

Alberto El Patron's debut tonight was nothing sort of awesome! He came out to a thunderous ovation from the crowd in the Temple and he was able to get some things off his chest that's been on his mind for quite some time. In his promo (which is much better than his promo work I've heard in the past), there was one thing he said that stood out to me, which he said in Spanish, "Back there, they embraced me, but when I turn around they stabbed me in the back." When he said this, I knew exactly who he was talking about... his situations with the WWE. Since being released, he has had some critical things to say about the WWE - from the pay to the underutilized talent (to who he says that they should go to the Indies if they had the talent, because money has to be made). I can tell that he is happy where he is, and if ya ask me, I think that this a great move by Lucha Underground to sign El Patron. Another thing that stood out to me was the blindside attack by El Texano, Jr., whom Alberto beat for the AAA World Heavyweight Championship. This debut was not acknowledged, which makes things a bit more interesting. I can come up with a good number of scenarios: such as El Texano, Jr. and Alberto El Patron going at it for the AAA title in Lucha Underground, which can be huge for both promotions, or the two having a deep storyline to continue their feud from AAA, which is also good for both companies. Whatever the case, El Texano, Jr.'s attack changed the complexion of things, and things will only get more intesne in the coming weeks.

That's a good load for you guys this week. Tune in next week for another Lucha Undeground review. LUCHA! LUCHA! LUCHA!
