Gettin' RAW - Monday Night RAW recap for May 18, 2015

Triple H shows up to start the show along with Stephanie McMahon, who makes her first appearance on Raw in a while. Stephanie says she's happy to be back, especially after Seth Rollins' victory at Payback. They pay tribute to Rollins with "Seth Rollins: Architect of a Dream." They then pull the black cloth off the table behind them to reveal the WWE Intercontinental Championship, and declare that the vacant title will be defended at Elimination Chamber in two weeks time in an Elimination Chamber Match after Stephanie makes fun of Daniel Bryan's injuries. Suddenly, Sheamus shows up, talks about how he "ended Daniel Bryan's career," says an Elimination Chamber Match isn't necessary, and demands the title be handed over to him. Ryback shows up, makes fun of Sheamus' mohawk, tells him that Daniel Bryan is more of a man than he ever will be, then challenges him to a match tonight. Stephanie McMahon puts them in the Elimination Chamber Match for the Intercontinental Championship, but Triple H feels there's a good idea in letting them fight tonight, and lets them have at it right now.

Sheamus beats Ryback after faking having something in his eye to get a cheap Brogue Kick in on Ryback.

Seth Rollins celebrates his title win with Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) and Kane (who he continues to make fun of) until Dean Ambrose shows up and challenges Rollins to a rematch for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Kane lets Rollins decide, and Rollins rejects the challenge. Ambrose then makes fun of Kane after everyone else but Kane leaves, calling him "Seth Rollins' neutered little lapdog." In retaliation, Kane puts Ambrose in a match against Bray Wyatt. Ambrose says "okay," then drinks Kane's wine.

Renee Young interviews Neville in the ring. Neville, now with a wrap around his left leg, says there's nothing like competing in the WWE. As Renee asks more questions, Bo Dallas shows up and makes fun of Neville's rise to the top until Neville tells him he beat him for the NXT title. Bo Dallas attacks Neville, then runs out of the ring. Barrett then shows up for his match with Neville as Bo Dallas guests on commentary.

King Barrett beats Neville, and leaves him to be attacked by Bo Dallas, who tries to further injure Neville's leg.

Rusev shows up. He says Lana won't be here, as she needs to learn her place and that she does not speak for him. As he says that he never said he quit, Lana shows up and tells Rusev that she has believed in him from the very beginning, and that she threw in the towel to protect him. Rusev is still furious, and tells Lana that all he needs is himself. He tells Lana to get out of the ring and go back to wherever she came from.

Bray Wyatt beats Dean Ambrose after J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) distract the ref and shove Ambrose directly into Wyatt's Sister Abigail. Seth Rollins toasts to this after the match.

We see some more Tough Enough videos.

Big E and Kofi Kingston (minus Xavier Woods, who is banned from ringside for this match) complain about having to defend the WWE Tag Team Championships against five tag teams at once at Elimination Chamber.

Tyson Kidd and Cesaro versus The New Day (Big E and Kofi Kingston) for the WWE Tag Team Championships ends when Big E and Kofi refuses to let Kidd out of the corner. Xavier Woods shows up to give The New Day the numbers advantage. The Lucha Dragons (Sin Cara and Kalisto) then show up to take out The New Day, then attack Kidd and Cesaro. Los Matadores (Fernando and Diego), The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor), and The Prime Time Players (Darren Young and Titus O'Neil) all rush in afterward and start a brawl, which ends after The Prime Time Players get their hands on Xavier Woods and The Ascension launch a team suicide dive on everyone else outside of the ring. All six teams are in the Tag Team Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships.

Roman Reigns returns this Thursday night on SmackDown!

John Cena shows up. After dedicating the United States title to the men and women of the American armed forces, and declaring it "our championship," Cena declares an open challenge for the title. That challenge is answered by Kevin Owens, who congratulates Cena on his victory at Payback. After harsh words are thrown on both sides, Owens pretends to back out of the open challenge and declare he'll face Cena on his own terms only to get a cheap shot on Cena and hit him with the pop-up power bomb he's known for in NXT. He then stomps on the US title, lifts up the NXT title and tells Cena he can't see him.

Rusev, R-Truth and King Barrett are in the Elimination Chamber Match for the vacant WWE Intercontinental Championship along with Sheamus and Ryback.

Dolph gets a quick win against Stardust. After the match, Michael Cole interviews Ziggler, and it is revealed that Ziggler is the sixth man in the Intercontinental title match at Elimination Chamber. Suddenly, Lana shows up and after some hesitation, she kisses Ziggler not one, but twice. After the second kiss, an angry Rusev shows up and fights Ziggler. After knocking Ziggler down, he is about to take his anger out on Lana when Lana slaps him. Rusev is about to charge her when Ziggler hits the Zig Zag.

As he gets the ring ready for "Seth Rollins: Architect of a Dream," Kane sees Adam Rose and Rosa Mendes making out backstage again.

Luke Harper and Erick Rowan beat Zack Ryder and Fandango.

The Bellas (Brie and Nikki Bella) are backstage when Stephanie McMahon stops them to tell Brie that she apologizes for making light of Daniel Bryan's injury and that she's scheduled counseling sessions for Brie in the most patronizing manner possible. She also bans Brie from accompanying Nikki to her match tonight "due to her mental health."

Naomi vs. Nikki Bella for the WWE Divas Championship ends when Tamina breaks the Rack Attack with a super kick. Naomi and Tamina attack Brie Bella until Paige shows up out of the blue and clears out the ring. When Nikki gets back up, Paige hits her with a Ram-Paige.

After being congratulated by Triple H, Kevin Owens is interviewed by Renee Young. Owens declares that he is facing John Cena for the WWE United States Championship at Elimination Chamber.

Triple H, Kane and Stephanie McMahon introduce Seth Rollins to the ring for "Seth Rollins: Architect of a Dream." As everyone in the ring celebrates Rollins' victory at Payback, Kane thanks Rollins and shows off a Seth Rollins video package on the TitanTron. Jamie Noble thanks Rollins for the privilege of working with him, and Joey Mercury almost does the same when Dean Ambrose shows up and crashes the party. Ambrose still wants that title rematch at Elimination Chamber, but Rollins won't give it to him. Stephanie tries to defuse the situation by sicking Rollins on him, and when Ambrose goes at it with Rollins, Noble and Mercury go for Ambrose as well. Ambrose fights them all off - and Kane, too - and threatens to smash Rollins' head through a set of cinderblocks with a steel chair. Triple H and Stephanie relent, and promise to give him the match if he lets Rollins go. Ambrose almost reneges, but Mercury and Noble get the chair away from him. Ambrose fights them all off again and goes after Rollins, but Rollins is able to fight off Ambrose and take him down with a Pedigree to end the show.

SmackDown Hotel! - WWE SmackDown recap for May 7, 2015

Jerry Lawler is in the ring, and he introduces King Barrett to start the show. Barrett tells Lawler that he's the only king in the WWE right now, and that Lawler only calls himself a king while Barrett himself has earned the title. When Barrett orders Lawler to grovel in front of him, Lawler refuses, and Barrett is about to end the interview with a Bull Hammer when Dolph Ziggler shows up and calls him out on his crap.

Dolph Ziggler beats King Barrett via disqualification when Sheamus charges the ring and attacks Ziggler. The latter takes a 2-on-1 beating from Sheamus and Barrett until Neville comes out and evens the odds.

Luke Harper destroys Fandango. After the match, Erick Rowan shows up and attacks Fandango, turning heel. Harper keeps staring at Rowan and his sheep mask with intrigue.

Lana shows up. She asks the WWE Universe not to cheer for her, as it angers Rusev. Almost as if on cue, Rusev shows up and yells at her before commanding her to go to the back, then calls Cena's victories against him nothing more than flukes and miracles. He says Cena showed mercy to Sami Zayn on Raw, and that mercy is a sign of weakness. Rusev promises to make Cena say "I Quit" at Payback.

Renee Young interviews Roman Reigns. Roman is willing to put brotherhood aside to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

For their six man tag team match against The New Day (Xavier Woods, Big E., Kofi Kingston), Tyson Kidd and Cesaro reveal their mystery partner to be none other than Ryback.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E., Xavier Woods) beats Ryback, Tyson Kidd and Cesaro when Kofi pins Tyson Kidd with the tights, not before a Bray Wyatt vignette is shown, which distracts Ryback.

Renee Young interviews Seth Rollins, who talks crap about Kane and says that Kane will never have his smarts.

The Lucha Dragons (Kalisto and Sin Cara) beats Los Matadores (Fernando and Diego). As El Torito tries to console Diego in the ring, he roughly pushes El Torito aside.

Kane hosts the contract signing for the Fatal Four-Way for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Payback, and introduces the four participants: Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and the champion Seth Rollins. Rollins refuses to get in the ring, and Ambrose calls him out on him. As Roman Reigns signs the contract, Randy Orton says that everyone else at the table is there for the same reason. Everyone else signs, then Rollins asks Kane to sign for him. Kane says he has agreed to sign as his proxy in case he's hurt and can't come to the ring, but refuses to do so since Seth Rollins is standing at the ramp. Rollins then approaches the ring, has Joey Mercury hand him the contract so he can review it, talks trash to all the challengers in an attempt to turn them against one another, then gets in the ring, hands the contract to Kane and argues with him. As they argue, they notice Dean Ambrose is moving all the furniture. Ambrose calls dibs on the table, starting a wild brawl where Superman Punches, RKO's and fists fly, but in the end, Seth Rollins stands tall to end the show.

Seth Rollins and J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) run into Kane backstage. After a lot of quarreling, Kane puts Rollins in a match against Dean Ambrose like he should have been in last week. Rollins says Kane from 20 years is better for business than Kane now, and dares him to do something tonight.

Roman Reigns shows up. He wishes Dean Ambrose luck against "our little brother" Seth Rollins, and promises to bring a fight to both Rollins and Randy Orton at Payback. Kane shows up and brings out a referee. This starts a match.

Roman Reigns beats Kane via count-out when Kane unexpectedly walks out of the match. Renee Young interviews Seth Rollins after the match, and Rollins continues to make fun of Kane's age while saying that he never runs from a fight, always finds a way to win and doesn't need anyone's help.

Tyson Kidd and Cesaro beats The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E.) via DQ, when Xavier Woods interferes in the match, attacking Cesaro, thus The New Day retains the titles.

Cameron and Summer Rae are backstage making fun of Brie Bella for getting attacked by Naomi earlier this week on RAW. Nikki Bella  overhears the conversation, and does not take the other Divas talking about her sister lightly. Nikki challenges Cameron to a match to settle the score.

We look at more videos of hopefuls who think they're Tough Enough.

SmackDown Hotel! - WWE SmackDown recap for April 16, 2015

John Cena starts the show. He thanks the London crowd for making Raw memorable this week, and then explains the Russian Chain Match that he will have with Rusev: they will both be tied to each other with a long steel chain, and the winner is the first person to touch all four corners respectively. He then issues the open challenge, which is answered by Tyson Kidd and Cesaro...but they're not interested in the open challenge. They're here to just drop some facts, and say that they're the best champs in WWE today. Cena tells them that one of them had better step up after running their mouths, but then Daniel Bryan shows up. After seeing what the fans think of him, Cena and the team of Tyson Kidd and Cesaro, he tells Kidd and Cesaro to put their money where their mouths are and take them on in a tag team match against him and Cena. They accept.

Bray Wyatt beats R-Truth.

Roman Reigns states in a WWE.com exclusive interview that Big Show will have to continue to knock him down if he wants him to stay down.

The Miz is in the ring. He says Mizdow's win against him was a fluke and that it won't happen again. As he brags about how he's made things recently, Bad News Barrett shows up and says that the London crowd is here to see him and not some hotshot movie star.

Bad News Barrett beats The Miz with just one Bull Hammer after Miz turns around.

Renee Young interviews Damien Mizdow and Summer Rae. The Miz interrupts, telling Mizdow his victory on Monday was a fluke. He also tells Mizdow to go back to being Damien Sandow and to stop being like him. Mizdow starts mimicking Miz again, much to Miz's chagrin, and Summer Rae and Mizdow come up with an idea: a rematch on Monday where the winner gets to keep the Miz brand. Miz says he plans to put both Mizdow and Summer back on the unemployment line, and tells Summer to go back to lingerie football, which causes Summer to slap Miz (and Mizdow mimicking Miz's reaction).

Neville beats Sheamus by disqualification after Sheamus tosses Neville onto the commentary table. After the match, Sheamus repeatedly drops the knee on Neville until Dolph Ziggler makes the save. As Sheamus retreats, Ziggler calls him a bully, and says that he wants to throw down right now. Sheamus tells him to "kiss me arse," and makes the match between him and Ziggler a Kiss My Arse Match where the loser has to literally kiss the winner's ass.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E) beat Los Matadores (Fernando and Diego).

Fandango tells Rosa Mendes to move on. The Rosebuds show up, and Adam Rose tells her not to give up as one day she'll be number one again in someone else's life.

Big Show shows up. He verbally craps on the London crowd, and brags about how nobody can stop him and how he slammed Roman Reigns into the car at the top of the ramp multiple times. He says he has asked for a stipulation for his match with Roman Reigns, and he's got it: Last Man Standing.

When he calls him out, however, Triple H, Kane, Stephanie McMahon and Big Show come out instead. Stephanie tries to kiss up to Orton and tell him that The Authority's hands were tied four months, and wants him to come back to the fold. Orton says he'd rather kick some ass than kiss some ass. Big Show tries to reason with him, saying that joining The Authority was the best decision he ever made in his life, and that it would be the same way for Orton. Stephanie tries to remind Orton that he's not a good guy and never has been, and decides to hold a business meeting in the back to settle things. Everyone walks away when Orton goes silent, but Orton grabs the mic and says he'll be there at the last second.

Afterwards, Konnor attacks Darren Young. Titus O'Neil tries to make the save, but the number games become to much for the reuniting duo, and Darren Young gets hit with the Fall of Man.

Roman Reigns shows up. He says it's been a hell of a month, but he's going to WrestleMania. All of a sudden, Daniel Bryan shows up. He calls himself the biggest Roman Reigns doubter, and says he felt Roman didn't have half the heart as him, even though he earned the chance at the World Heavyweight title. Daniel Bryan doesn't regret their match last night, as Roman proved him wrong. He congratulates Roman, tells him it would be an honor to tag team with him later tonight, and to kick the crap out of Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. Paul Heyman then shows up, and congratulates Roman, saying it was a hell of a win and a main event. He tells Roman Reigns that he is the guy right now, but tells him he still can't beat Brock Lesnar. Roman Reigns tells Heyman that he's going to destroy Lesnar at WrestleMania.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) win by disqualification, but Tyson Kidd and Cesaro remain WWE Tag Team Champions. The match is over after Natalya pulls one of the Usos' legs off the top turnbuckle...but not before she brawls with Naomi.

As The Miz declares his entrance into this year's Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania, Damien Mizdow tells The Miz that casting companies are now calling him, wanting him to be their spokesperson in commercials.

Rusev and Lana show up, and Lana rubs the loss in Cena's face, as does Rusev, but Cena is having none of it and says he will beat Rusev at WrestleMania 31 for the United States title. Rusev feels Cena doesn't deserve a rematch, and flat out turns down the challenge.

We look back at Sting's career.

The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) quickly beat Paige and Emma, then beat them to a pulp.

Gettin' RAW - WWE Monday Night RAW Recap for February 9, 2015

All segments courtesy of Prince Watercress!

Roman Reigns appears to start the show. Last week, Roman Reigns kept Seth Rollins out of Fastlane. Suddenly, Daniel Bryan, the man he helped win, shows up. He thanks Reigns for last week for the opportunity, but says Reigns has an opportunity of his own at Fastlane, where the winner takes on Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31. As Daniel Bryan compares himself with Roman Reigns, The Authority (Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Kane, Big Show) shows up. Triple H wants an answer on whether or not Sting will show up at Fastlane. As for Stephanie, she takes revenge on Roman for Spearing Big Show last week and D-Bry for beating Kane in a Casket Match (in which Daniel Bryan fires back by making a reference to Triple H and the Katie Vick incident) by putting them in a tag team match against Big Show and Kane...and that match is right now.

Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan vs. Big Show and Kane ends when the match is taken outside the ring. Big Show attacks Roman Reigns and blasts him with a steel chair. Reigns relapses back and hits Show with the Superman Punch. Back in the ring, Reigns also blasts Show with the steel chair. Suddenly, D-Bry, who was aiming for Big Show, wounds up hitting Reigns instead, which causes Reigns to react in anger and push Daniel, furthering tension between the two. The Authority (Triple H & Stephanie McMahon) show up, and Triple H teases how the two were getting along so well, and wants to see how well they can get along later tonight when they face: Big Show. Kane. J&J Security (Joey Mecury & Jamie Noble) and... Seth Rollins in a 5-on-2 Handicap Match!

Sheamus is returning to the WWE!

Paige defeated Brie Bella.

Rusev and Lana are in the ring. They are honored to face John Cena at Fastlane, and respect his accomplishment. Just like the Grammys honor a musician's career, they honor Cena's career with a video package...which also shows Cena getting his butt kicked. Rusev and Lana say that Cena is an old man after so many years in the ring, and Rusev states that he will crush Cena at Fastlane and break his spirit. Cena shows up, tells them they're full of themselves and full of crap, and tells them he's got a lot left in the tank, and that "this old man" is going to whip Rusev's ass. Lana has to hold Rusev back. After one more verbal exchange, Rusev and Cena brawl on the ramp, which ends with Rusev poking Cena in his bad eye and putting a hurting on him.

Goldust tries to reason with Stardust backstage, but Stardust slaps him after Goldust calls him "Cody" and tells him "Cody" is dead.

Triple H is in the ring. He calls Sting's recent actions "cowardly" and a shot at him after 14 long years as a response to the destruction of World Championship Wrestling before calling Sting out, telling Sting that if he promises never to appear in WWE, he'll let him leave Fastlane intact. The arena goes dark and a crow can be heard. A figure shaped like Sting teleports in and out, and strange images appear on the TitanTron. Suddenly, the mysterious figure appears behind Triple H and frightens him. The TitanTron then says "I accept."

Tyson Kidd & Cesaro defeated The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) followed by the distraction by Cesaro.

They have a message from Triple H and Stephanie McMahon: Seth Rollins acted on his own accord, and they apologize. Also, Edge and Christian still host tonight, but J&J Security are "official observers." Edge considers putting them in a match against Ryback, but makes Ryback vs. Big Show official instead. Christian also makes a match between Rusev and Roman Reigns.

In an unexpected match-up, Bray Wyatt beats Erick Rowan after feigning to beg for mercy only to set Rowan up for the Sister Abigail. After the match, Wyatt says that if he would do that to Rowan, imagine what he would do to Dean Ambrose next week on Raw.

Edge and Christian try to do a five-second pose, but J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) do it for them. Edge and Christian back away slowly.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) and R-Truth beat Adam Rose and Gold & Stardust (Goldust and Stardust). After the match, the Exotic Express try to attack them but fail miserably.

Big Show beats Ryback by count-out after Rusev and Lana provide the ultimate distraction. Rusev goes for the Acoolade on a weakened Ryback, but Ryback jacks Rusev's jaw with a Meat Hook.

Edge tricks Jamie Noble into entering the women's bathroom.

Tyson Kidd and Cesaro beat Los Matadores (Fernando and Diego).

Dean Ambrose manhandles Curtis Axel before the bell can ring for their match, then tells Bray Wyatt that he's going to use the ambulance to maim him on Monday night.

The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) wipe out two jobbers in their SmackDown debut.

After J&J Security (Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble) get the office ready for Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, Edge and Christian get some classic Sharpie vandalism in before they leave.

Roman Reigns vs. Rusev ends with interference from Big Show. Big Show almost choke slams Reigns into the commentary table, but Reigns fights back and topples it, sending it falling onto Big Show.

NXT Wrestling Results for December 4th, 2014

Charlotte quickly beats Mia Yim. After the match, Sasha Banks shows up and tells her she's challenging her at NXT TakeOver: REvolution, and says she has more "Flair" than Charlotte and her dad Ric Flair combined. Charlotte is unfazed, and she starts a "Ratchet" chant. Bayley shows up with a crutch and tells Sasha to shut her "stupid ratchet face" up. Sasha kicks the crutch away, and Charlotte chases Sasha Banks away. Banks rushes back in and goes after Charlotte, but Charlotte snatches her up, throws her in the ring and asks for a ref as she does. As Charlotte is about to smack Sasha silly, Becky Lynch provides the distraction, and both Becky and Sasha beat Charlotte up. Sasha then stands tall, lifting the NXT Women's Championship over her head.

We see another silent movie with The Vaudevillians (Aiden English and Simon Gotch) and the "Lucha Dragons."

The Vaudevillians (Aiden English and Simon Gotch) beat Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy.

With Marcus Louis out of the picture, Tyler Breeze thinks he has the night off...until Tyson Kidd asks William Regal for a match. Regal puts Kidd and Breeze in a tag team match against Hideo Itami and Finn Balor.

Kevin Owens comes to NXT...next week!

Finn Balor and Hideo Itami beat Tyler Breeze and Tyson Kidd. Balor tells The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) to bring all they've got at NXT TakeOver: REvolution.

Adrian Neville shows up. He says he will win at REvolution at all costs against Sami Zayn and retain the NXT Championship. He is not proud of his recent actions, and says things would have went differently if it were up to him, but says that his "win at all costs" attitude is what separates him from Zayn, who he says is "too nice" to take the title. Zayn shows up, and he's ticked off with what Neville is saying. Neville says he means no disrespect, and that it would be an honor to face him at NXT TakeOver: REvolution. Zayn doesn't shake hands with him, as he says it's no longer about respect between the two of them, then slaps Neville in the face before going ballistic as he tells Neville he's ending him and that he's taking the NXT Championship.
