We take a look at past WWE Intercontinental Champions.

Cesaro beats Kofi Kingston, then hits him with the Neutralizer after the match.

Renee Young interviews Bad News Barrett. He's confident he can beat Rob Van Dam at Payback...and beat Sheamus tonight.

Renee Young interviews Sheamus. He plans to win both tonight and at Payback, too.

Paul Heyman guests on commentary for the next match.

Sheamus beats Bad News Barrett, then confronts Paul Heyman.

Big E vs. Rusev is now official for Payback.

Lana and Rusev show up before Big E vs. Titus O'Neil to flaunt their so-called Russian superiority.

Impact Wrestling Results for May 29th, 2014

Bully Ray starts the show. He plans to put Bobby Lashley, Ethan Carter III, Kenny King, MVP, Rockstar Spud and Dixie Carter through tables. MVP shows up and says nobody will go through a table tonight, then brings out Bobby Lashley and Kenny King. Ethan Carter III and Rockstar Spud attack Bully Ray from behind, and as both factions of TNA's authority figures beat down Bully Ray and come close to putting him through a table, Eric Young, Austin Aries and The Wolves (Eddie Edwards and Davie Richards) make the save and fight them all off. Austin Aries challenges MVP and his goons to a six-man tag match, and Bully Ray says that if they had the balls, they'd have the match right now. Rockstar Spud ends up going through a table.

MVP, Bobby Lashley and Kenny King beat Austin Aries and The Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards).

Bram wants the "old" Magnus back...so he's taking him ringside for his match in order to make him "feel the violence."

Ethan Carter III talks to Dixie Carter about the events that have recently transpired. Dixie is more focused on her business with MVP, however, and wants Ethan with her when the time comes.

Bram beats Tigre Uno, and Magnus has to stop Bram from hitting him with the steel turnbuckle. Magnus says there's something wrong with Bram, and says Bram should prove himself against Willow.

Mr. Anderson talks to Gunner about Samuel Shaw before their tag match tonight, saying he's crazy and that talking to him isn't a good idea.

Brittany tells Madison Rayne she has a tag match against The Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Velvet Sky) tonight, but Madison Rayne makes her promise not to have the match tonight on the grounds that she's too inexperienced.

Mr. Anderson and Gunner beat The Bro Mans (Robbie E and Jessie Godderz), then The Menagerie (Knux, Rebel, The Freak, Crazy Steve) show up and hound The Bro Mans.

Ethan Carter III and Dixie Carter show up and calls out MVP. MVP shows up with Kenny King and Bobby Lashley. Dixie and MVP almost comes to blow over the latter's overstepping of bounds when Eric Young and Bully Ray. MVP runs his mouth, causing EY to almost do something rash before Bully Ray stops him from going after him with a pipe...and EY returning the favor when Bully Ray wants to pound MVP's head in. MVP then decides to put Eric Young and Bully Ray in a match against each other, with Ethan Carter III as special guest referee to stop any funny business, but Bully Ray would rather be fired than face Eric Young in a match. Dixie calls his bluff, which turns out to be a big mistake as it makes Bully double on his promise to take his other five enemies - MVP, King, Lashley, Dixie and EC3 - through a table.

Kurt Angle updates us on his knee injury.

The Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Velvet Sky) plan to win tonight.

The Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Velvet Sky) beat Brittany and Gail Kim after Brittany tags herself in, feeling too confident in her ability to win the match for her team.

Eric Young and Bully Ray chat backstage.

Brittany calls out Madison Rayne, who shows up. Brittany asks why she didn't agree to be her partner tonight. Madison explains that the crap between her and them has been built up for years, and says all that should be between the three of them. Brittany confesses to Madison that she just wanted to be with her, which freaks Madison out. The Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Madison Rayne) make fun of this turn of events, saying they made Madison this way and that Madison broke Brittany's heart. Madison tells Angelina that she'd better be worried about the Knockouts title, because she's reclaiming it at Slammiversary XII.

Kenny King shows up and becomes guest ring announcer for the next match. Bobby Lashley is announced special guest enforcer, MVP special guest timekeeper, and of course, Ethan Carter III as special guest referee.

Eric Young and Bully Ray end up brawling against MVP, Kenny King, Bobby Lashley and Ethan Carter III. At long last, Samoa Joe returns and puts Kenny King in a Muscle Buster after evening the odds.

My Predictions for WWE Payback 2014

No Holds Barred Elimination Match:
Evolution (Triple H, Batista & Randy Orton) vs. The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns)

This match has mainly evolved around The Shield proving themselves humble to Evolution, but Evolution's going to do things their way. Although the Hounds got the win over Evolution at Extreme Rules, they feel like they needed to prove themselves even more to the veterans. On RAW, there was a contract signing for their match, but Triple H warned them that they were signing their death warrants, but in typical Shield fashion, they went along with it anyways and everything has now fell into place for their match at Payback!

Winner:  Although I will ALWAYS Believe in The Shield, I feel that it is nearing the end of the road for the Hounds and Evolution winning this match may begin the end for The Shield. So, shockingly, I'm going with Evolution.

Last Man Standing:
Bray Wyatt (w/ Luke Harper & Erick Rowan) vs. John Cena

For the third consecutive pay-per-view, these two enemies will go at it again as Bray Wyatt continues his mission to rid  WWE (and the world) of Cenation once and for all. As of late, Bray has been hypnotizing the WWE Universe by serenading them with his rendition of "He's Got The Whole World In His Hands." Also, Cena has gained allies in the WWE Tag Team Champions, The Usos. Will The Usos be at Cena's side at Payback, or will Cena have to face the odds by himself?

Winner: I have strong feeling that Bray Wyatt's going to win this one!

Intercontinental Championship:
Bad News Barrett (c) vs. Rob Van Dam

Since winning the Intercontinental title for a fourth time from Big E. at Extreme Rules, Bad News Barrett has been on a tremendous roll, and looks to continue it against his opponent for this pay-per-view, Rob Van Dam. But, with Van Dam being a former 6-time IC Champion himself and having almost two decades of experience, will he use those components to his advantage to unseat the champ?

Winner: RVD, I'm afraid I've got some BAD NEWS... Barrett  retains.

United States Championship:
Sheamus (c) vs. Cesaro (w/ Paul Heyman)

Since gaining the managerial services of Paul Heyman (the advocate of the man who broke Undertaker's streak, Brock Lesnar, just in case you forgot), he's been more dominate and riding an impressive streak., but he's also been getting under the skin of the current United States Champion, Sheamus. Although Sheamus tried to shake his hand after losing to him fair and square, Cesaro constantly taunts him, which is what led up to this match at Payback!

Winner: Despite the momentum of "The King of Swing", I see the "Celtic Warrior" retaining.

Pre-Show:
Mask vs. Hair Match:
El Torito (w/ Los Matadores) vs. Hornswoggle (w/ 3MB)

What do you get when you have two angry midget wrestlers who are dying to get their hands on each other? You get a Mask vs. Hair Match! There is nothing more prideful to a Luchador than his mask, so when his mask is on the line, expect more than you're use to by El Torito. On a side note, their WeeLC match wasn't as bad as I thought. It was actually very entertaining! Also, I would kill to see the midget commentary team again!

Winner:  I see El Torito keeping his mask, and Hornswoggle losing his hair!

Divas Championship:
Paige (c) vs. Alicia Fox

It's funny how the first woman that the Divas Champion faced on the roster is the first woman that handed her first main roster loss... in her home country. That woman is the now unpredictable Alicia Fox. The woman who goes nuts when she loses a match and even wins one. She even gave a guy a wedgie and took JBL's signature cowboy hat. Does that explain enough?

Winner: I see Paige retaining, maybe Fox will get another reign in the future?

Singles Match:
Big E. vs. Rusev (w/ Lana)

Oh, hail Russian supremacists and WWE's  Ivan and Ludmilla Drago, Lana and Rusev as Rusev has the test of taking on another powerhouse in his own right, Big E. This all started when Lana confronted "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan and America. She sent Rusev after Duggan, but was caught by Big E. before gaining the upper hand again. What will happen when these two agile big men clash?

Winner: I'll have to go with Rusev on this one.

Tuesday Night's Main Event Results for May 27th, 2014

Curtis Axel grabs the tights to beat Cody Rhodes after the distraction attempt by Ryback.

R-Truth beats Damien Sandow.

Renee Young interviews The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso). They're going into their match tonight with The Wyatt Family (Luke Harper and Erick Rowan) like they always have: as a real family.

Bray Wyatt says that he, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are no less of a family than The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso).

The Wyatt Family (Luke Harper and Erick Rowan) beat The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso). After the match, The Usos are attacked and Jimmy eats a Sister Abigail. Harper counts to ten to a downed Jimmy Uso.

WWE Monday Night RAW Results for May 26th, 2014

Today is Memorial Day here in the good ol' United States of America!

Stephanie McMahon and Triple H show up. Stephanie says tonight is all about choices, and wants Daniel Bryan to make the right choice: personally surrender the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Triple H agrees, saying Daniel is a flash in the pan. He also says The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) will fall victim to Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista) at Payback...after a contract signing tonight, of course. Stephanie calls out Brad Maddox. He shows up. Triple H chastises Brad for allowing The Shield to interfere in Seth Rollins vs. Batista last week, and Brad said The Shield forced him to allow them in. Stephanie sends out Kane, who demolishes Maddox with a choke slam and a Tombstone Piledriver. Stephanie obviously enjoys it, and it's pretty easy to tell she's controlling him. Stephanie McMahon then fires Brad Maddox from his position as Raw General Manager.

Bad News Barrett tells us the cruel summer will expose how fat we've gotten since last year, and that he'll retain the Intercontinental title at Payback. He guests on commentary for the next match.

Cesaro beats Rob Van Dam after the distraction by Bad News Barrett. Sheamus rushes in and Brogue Kicks Cesaro.

Eva Marie beats Summer Rae after the distraction by Layla and Fandango.

The Brotherhood (Cody Rhodes and Goldust) meets Randy Orton and Batista. They want to tell Triple H that they're issuing an open challenge to any tag team on the roster, but when Orton and Batista tell them Triple H isn't in the office, this leads to a bit of arguing between the two pairs. Triple H shows up and makes a match between the two teams.

El Torito beats Drew McIntyre. After the match, Hornswoggle rips El Torito's tail off!

El Torito's tail has to be put back on in the trainer's room.

The Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan) show up. At Payback, Bray Wyatt says he'll be last man standing...then he calls out Jerry Lawler. When Lawler refuses, Harper and Rowan surround the commentary table, and Lawler has no choice when they lay out JBL for trying to confront Wyatt. Wyatt confronts Lawler for being an ally of John Cena, but before the Wyatts can harm him, Cena runs in only to be outnumbered, and Wyatt makes Cena watch him put Jerry Lawler in the Sister Abigail. Before that can happen, though, The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) show up and even the odds, saving both Cena and Lawler and forcing the Wyatts to retreat. Cena confronts Bray Wyatt about his change in behavior since they first tied up before WrestleMania 30, then promises that he'll come out on top at Payback.

Zack Ryder is about to celebrate Memorial Day in the ring, but Lana ruins it.

Rusev quickly beats Zack Ryder with the Accolade...but Big E runs in and sends Rusev running for the hills!

Evolution (Randy Orton and Batista) almost beat The Brotherhood (Cody Rhodes and Goldust). After pinning Rhodes, they find out Rhodes is elimination and it is now an Elimination No-Holds-Barred handicap match between them and Goldust. Orton and Batista quickly beat Goldust to win the match.

JBL returns to the commentary table.

Bo Dallas beats Sin Cara in his Raw debut.

Tomorrow night on Main Event: The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) take on The Wyatt Family (Luke Harper and Erick Rowan)!

Stephanie McMahon shows up and calls out Daniel Bryan. D-Bry shows up. Stephanie wants him to surrender the WWE World title. D-Bry says his injury is worse than previously thought, and agrees with personally surrendering the title...but calls her out on being able to control Kane when he took out Brad Maddox earlier this evening. Now that he knows she's lying through her teeth about not being able to control Kane in the past few weeks, he refuses to do so, as this is exactly what Stephanie wants so she can stick it to the fans yet again. Stephanie mentions that Brie Bella put her hands on her two weeks ago while Daniel Bryan was being put in the ambulance, however, and gives him until Payback to make his choice: either personally surrender the WWE World Heavyweight Championship or Brie Bella is fired!

Emma beats Alicia Fox...then Fox beats Emma up. Then the craziness begins, as Alicia Fox goes nuts one more time, giving a guy a wedgie.

John Cena salutes the troops.

The kickoff for Payback is El Torito vs Hornswoggle in a Mask vs. Hair match!

Adam Rose beats Damien Sandow, who is dressed as Davy Crockett, even as Jack Swagger holds one of his Rosebuds hostage. When Swagger attacks, however, Adam Rose strikes back!

This Friday on SmackDown: US champ Sheamus vs IC champ Bad News Barrett! It's Champion vs. Champion!

Sheamus beats Alberto Del Rio. After the match, Heyman speaks on the mic so he can distract Sheamus, leaving Cesaro to viciously blindside The Great White.

The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) throw away the chairs and table before Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista) show up for the contract signing for their match. Triple H tells The Shield they're signing their death warning, but they don't care. They sign anyway, as does Evolution. The inevitable brawl happens. Evolution comes out on top this time, with Roman Reigns being powerbombed through a table by all three members of Evolution.

Batista beats Dolph Ziggler in a no-disqualification match, then attacks him afterwards.

The Funkadactyls (Cameron and Naomi) beat Nikki Bella and Eva Marie after a fast count from crooked special guest referee Summer Rae, who obviously has something against Eva Marie for some reason.

Bo Dallas beats Sin Cara in his main roster debut. After a victory lap around the ring, he helps Sin Cara up.

The Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan) are in the ring. Wyatt plans to "eradicate the Cena virus" at Payback and make the Cenation crumble.

Paul Heyman and Cesaro guest on commentary for the next match.

Cesaro attacks Sheamus outside of the ring as Sheamus takes on Alberto Del Rio. After laying Sheamus out, Cesaro shakes his hand as Sheamus lays there.

Vickie Guerrero is in the ring. She says she knows how to party, and introduces Adam Rose. When the crowd tells Rose she's a lemon, Vickie Guerrero tells her to get out. Adam Rose tricks Vickie into falling off the apron, and the Exotic Express carries her away.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) vs. The Wyatts (Luke Harper, Erick Rowan) is thrown out thanks to interference from Bray Wyatt, but John Cena jumps in and cleans house.
