More notably, Manami Toyota is seen as one of the greatest wrestlers to ever step foot in a ring – man or woman. This particular match took place on May 7th, 1995 in Tokyo, Japan. The match was rated a 5-star match and was named Match of the Year by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
