WWE Monday Night RAW Results for September 8th, 2014

Bray Wyatt barely beats Chris Jericho in a steel cage match. After the match, Wyatt continues to attack Jericho.

Kane and Seth Rollins love how Raw is going so far. Randy Orton asks Triple H for permission to do something that makes Dean Ambrose's injurious Curb Stomp look like Sunday School.

Dolph Ziggler shows up and shows the world some...interesting pics of The Miz. Miz and Damien Sandow show up, and Miz threatens to sue anyone who republishes his private pics. Ziggler shows one more, which happens to have Miz's butt pixelated out. Damien Sandow goes after Ziggler but runs into a drop kick and a Zig Zag. Ziggler dares Miz to get in the ring, but Miz retreats.

AJ Lee and Paige beat Rosa Mendes and Natalya after Rosa refuses to tag in Natalya. Because AJ tagged herself into the match, she and Paige have a brief fight over the Divas title.

Randy Orton attacks Chris Jericho in the trainer's room, further aggravating Jericho's tweaked knee.

Paul Heyman shows up and starts talking when John Cena's entrance music hits. Cena shows up, enters the ring, and tells him to say what he wants to say to his face. Heyman says he knows how to beat Brock Lesnar, but Cena says he already knows. Heyman insists on telling him anyway: it's called giving in to the crowd by telling them to shut up when they chant "Cena sucks." He then tries to put it into action, but it doesn't work, as Cena tells Heyman to shut up and not the crowd, before telling him that he refuses to give in to the likes of him as he has far too much riding on this to do so. Cena then gives Heyman seven days to come back to Raw next week with Brock Lesnar, because Cena is coming back next week to fight. If Lesnar doesn't show up, Cena is fighting Heyman instead.

Seth Rollins beats Sheamus thanks to the distraction from Cesaro. After the match, Cesaro hits Sheamus with the Neutralizer.

Mark Henry vs. Rusev is official for Night of Champions.

Lana and Rusev show up and make fun of "The Star Spangled Banner" before the Russian national anthem plays.

For the first time, NXT developmental talent competes on Raw to cross-promote NXT Take Over, and the NXT Championship is shown on the main roster. Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn beat Tyson Kidd and Tyler Breeze.

Stephanie McMahon shows up and introduces Jerry Springer, who in turn introduces both Brie and Nikki Bella. Judging by Nikki Bella's words, she feels she's better off without Brie. After some out-of-context Total Divas clips, two clips of their parents asking Jerry to bring them back together are shown. The Bella Twins' brother J.J. is brought out, and J.J. tells Nikki to stop being the victim. Brie and Nikki go at it, and J.J. gets slapped. It takes Jason (Springer's security guard), Stephanie McMahon and four referees to stop the brawl. Springer has to be taken out of the ring on a stretcher.

Goldust and Stardust beat Los Matadores (Fernando and Diego). After the match, Goldust and Stardust are ambushed by The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso).

WWE pays tribute to Joan Rivers.

Adam Rose beats Titus O'Neil after the Exotic Express bunny super-kicks Heath Slater. After the match, the bunny hits the top rope splash on Titus!

Renee Young interviews Roman Reigns. Reigns says he has the antidote to "The Viper" Randy Orton's venom.

We get a special look at WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar.

Next week: Brock Lesnar returns.

This Friday on SmackDown: Mark Henry vs Rusev in an arm wrestling match!

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton ends with Kane and Seth Rollins attacks Reigns. A bunch of crew members from the back lower the cage. Kane and Rollins are tossed out, and Reigns has the upper hand, but not for long as Kane and Rollins are able to get in and attack Reigns. The show ends with Rollins, Orton and Kane viciously assaulting Reigns, and Rollins hitting the Curb Stomp on him into a steel chair.
