My Predictions for Summerslam

Rob Van Dam vs Dean Ambrose
United States Championship
Pre-Show Kickoff

This match should be a good one. At least fans get to see another good quality match for free. I would love to see Ambrose defend the title more than he has, but I feel that RVD's gonna slide this one in his pocket. It's not bad, isn't it? I still believe in the Hounds!

Winner: RVD, NEW U.S. Champion

Natalya vs Brie Bella

Whoa. If Total Divas is about catapulting off-screen rivals onto television, then this one should be interesting. Brie came out on top the first time, but I'm banking on Natalya for the second time.

Winner: Natalya

Cody Rhodes vs Damien Sandow

As Michael Cole said, a briefcase, double crossing, and a former friendship have come between these two men formerly known as Team Rhodes Scholars. This should be a good one, but I feel that Cody's going to avenge the double crossing from Money in the Bank, so I'll bank on him for this one.

Winner: Cody Rhodes

A.J Lee & Big E. Langston vs Kaitlyn & Dolph Ziggler
Mixed Tag Team Match

You know those stories that a person takes humiliation for so long that they finally have the strength to do it to them? That's the case here. Kaitlyn looks to avenge all the humiliation that AJ has given her over the past couple of months. So, with that being said, i'll go with Kaitlyn and "The Showoff".

Winner: Kaitlyn & Dolph Ziggler

CM Punk vs Brock Lesnar
"The Best vs The Beast"

This match is a dream match in my opinion. With all the heat between Heyman and Punk right now, it would only be fit that Brock would come back at the RIGHT time. Last year, Brock headlined Summerslam by defeating Triple H. Will he do again this year? Nah, I'll go with the Best in the World.

Winner: CM Punk

Bray Wyatt vs Kane
"Ring of Fire" (Inferno Match)

Remember when Fandango pulled the upset victory on Chris Jericho? I would like to see Bray pull off the upset on Kane. Rowan and Harper have been winning tag team matches against Tons of Funk. It would only be fit that he slips a win in his pocket. With that being said, I'll go with Wyatt.

Winner: Bray Wyatt

Alberto Del Rio vs Christian
World Heavyweight Championship

This one is a ditto for me. Alberto Del Rio has lost more non-title matches more than any other World Champion I've seen. He's lost to RVD, Randy Orton, and Christian (more than one occasion), which shows me that either he shouldn't have won the title from an INJURED Dolph Ziggler, or he's just an ultimatum, because of Dolph not being able to hold the title any longer due to his concussion (a BIG reason why he's the champion right now). You take Christian, who's been practically undefeated since winning the #1 contender's spot. So, I'll bank on Christian for this one.

Winner: Christian, NEW World Champion

John Cena vs Daniel Bryan
WWE Championship

This match has had the best build-up of this year in my opinion. Let's face facts, Daniel Bryan is probably the only singles wrestler that is well over with the fans. His "Yes! Yes! Yes!" is very viral in not only sports-entertainment, but professional wrestling in general. He's right about one thing: Cena's an ENTERTAINER, he's a WRESTLER. I'm definitely banking on Bryan, and I'm definitely looking forward to marking out when he wins the strap.

Winner: Daniel Bryan, NEW WWE Champion

Check out the pay-per-view starting at 8/7c and also don't forget to check out the pre-show featuring RVD and Dean Ambrose facing off for the U.S. title and the panelist consisting of Booker T, Natalya, and Shawn Michaels. THIS ONE IS THE ONE YOU SHOULD NOT MISS!
