Pre-Show: WeeLC Match:
El Torito (w/ Fernando & Diego) vs. Hornswoggle (w/ 3MB)
In my honest and ever so humble opinion, I think this will turn out to be one of the best worst pre-show matches in a LONG time. But hey, I may be proven wrong. We're just gonna have to wait and see...
Winner: I see El Torito winning this one!
Extreme Rules Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship:
Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Kane
First off, let me say that there has been no wrestler in the history of WWE to change different personas as much as Kane (maybe Triple H, but I'm speaking off the terms of Kane). Another key factor is that Kane has made it personal by attacking Bryan's wife, Brie Bella. What will happen when two former tag team partners and bitter rivals go at it in a ever dangerous Extreme Rules Match?
Winner: Daniel Bryan retains!
Six Man Tag Team Match:
Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton & Batista) vs. The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns)
This is the match that I am most looking forward to. Who wouldn't want to see two of WWE's all-time greatest factions go against each other in the ring? To me, The Shield has got a lot more to gain fit ehy were to win against Evolution at the pay-per-view. They also have to endorsement of the founder of Evolution and double WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. With The Shield more unstoppable than ever, will they be able to pick up the biggest win of their career as a unit? Or will they perish at the hands of Evolution?
Winner: The Shield will stand victorious in this match, and The New Symbol of Excellence will continue to reign in the WWE. BELIEVE THAT!
Divas Championship:
Paige (c) vs. Tamina Snuka
The "Anti-Diva" Paige just continues to make history. She's the youngest Divas Champion in WWE History at age 21, she was the longest reigning NXT champion in NXT history, and she was the inagural NXT Women's Chhampion. But, she meets a huge threat in Tamina Snuka, who's been racking up impressive victories as of late, including the battle royal on Main Event, which earned a shot at the title. Paige even admitted that she was petrified of Tamina. But, will her fears help her retain, or will her fear overwhelm her to the point of her reign coming to an unexpected halt?
Winner: She's really been on a huge role here lately, so I'll go with Paige retaining.
Intercontinental Championship:
Big E. (c) vs. Bad News Barrett
FINALLY! We get to see Big E. defend the title against the man who's been on a rampage so to speak. Bad New Barrett. Barrett earned a shot at this title when he lasted a former 6-time champion in RVD in the finals of the Intercontiental Champinoship #1 Contenders Tournament. Will Bad News Barrett be able to capture the prestigious title or will Big E. stop his momentum?
Winner: Big E., I'm afraid I've got some Bad News... Barrett wins the title!
2-on-1 Handicap Match:
Alexander Rusev (w/ Lana) vs. R-Truth & Xavier Woods
"The Bulgarian Brute" Alexander Rusev along with "The Ravishing Russian" Lana have been on destruction mode for the past couple of weeks. Rusev has racked up impressive victories over Zack Ryder, Sin Cara, and his two opponents for the pay-per-view, R-Truth and Xavier Woods. Recently, Woods and R-Truth would take disqualification losses to get back at Rusev and try to overcome his power. Now, Rusev has the test to take on both of them in this 2-on-1 Handicap situation.
Winner: Forget disadvantages, I still see Rusev winning this match!
Triple Threat Match:
Jack Swagger vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Cesaro
Let me break down what is comprised of in this match: A former Real American and newest "Paul Heyman Guy", A Real American, and a Hardcore Legend and former Paul Heyman Guy.Now, can you see why these three want to go at it so badly? If you ask me, it's more of the battle of managers : Paul Heyman vs. Zeb Colter, than these three guys going head and head. Out of the three, Cesaro has the highest momentum going into this match, despite the fact that he lost his chance at winning the IC Title #1 Contenders Tournament. This match should be the most interesting out of the whole card.
Winner: I'm going with "The King of Swing" for this one!
Steel Cage Match:
Bray Wyatt (w/ Luke Harper & Erick Rowan) vs. John Cena
"He's got the whole world in his hands, he's got the whole wide world in his hands..."
I remember singing this a lot with my grandmother. This song gave us both high spirits of just going on with life. Bray Wyatt's interpretation, however, is entirely different. Coming off a loss against John Cena at Wrestlemania 30, Bray wants to exact revenge in this Steel Cage Match at Extreme Rules, and in typical John Cena fashion, he is willing to obligue. Two weeks ago on RAW, in what could be the creepiest and eeriest segment in WWE history, Bray lead a choir of children in singing "He's Got The Whole World In His Hands". As Bray laughs in unholy glee, Cena is at a loss of words until he says that he will kick Bray's ass in this Steel Cage Match.
Winner: It's time to one-up this situation. Bray Wyatt FTW!
